On 02/15/2026 around the time of 1325 hours, I Deputy M. Davis responded to the address of [200 BLOCK] Castlebury Circle in reference to a Domestic Call.

Upon my arrival, I noticed a male juvenile sitting in the driveway. As I entered the residence, I noticed glass as well as a broken flowerpot, a broken mirror, and a damaged picture in the front entrance of the house. As I continued to walk in, I noticed a male who was Identified as Jacob Hill, standing in the living room area.

While observing Jacob, I noticed more glass on the floor of the living room area. Jacob was advised to place his hands behind his back and was placed in handcuffs double-locked and checked for proper fit. I searched Jacob’s left pocket and pulled out two cell phones and from the right pocket, pulled out a vape pin. I escorted Jacob to my unit and allowed him to enter to have a seat. I walked back toward the residence and spoke with Mrs. [VICTIM #1]. I asked [VICTIM #1] what happened, and she stated that Jacob had a PTSD episode (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and damaged several items inside the house accusing her of possibly cheating on him.

While walking around the home, I noticed a broken glass in the kitchen on the floor with flowers next to it. I approached the master bedroom and noticed another broken mirror; the mattress damaged with an unknown cutting tool, a damaged monitor on the floor, and a broken night lamp next to the bed, the closet heavily disturbed with clothing thrown everywhere around the bathroom. While leaving the master bedroom, [VICTIM #1] showed me her son’s room (15 yr old juvenile) and I noticed the flat screen television was damaged as well as his gaming p.c. damaged on the floor.

While talking with [VICTIM #1], she stated that Jacob was standing in the kitchen at the corner of the counter and placed a black hand pistol on top of it with the barrel pointed at her. [VICTIM #1] mentioned that she was standing in the living room and walked toward the front and noticed Jacob rotating the gun in her direction. [VICTIM #1] added that Jacob made the comment “I will shoot someone and if he comes to my house, I will shoot him”.

[VICTIM #1] said that Jacob was referring to her ex-husband [REDACTED] who is the biological father of the juvenile. [VICTIM #1] added that she was too scared to give 911 any more information, so she sat the phone down and kept the line open so the dispatcher could listen. Deputy Bollinger, [VICTIM #1], and I attempted to locate the whereabouts of the weapon inside the house but could not find it anywhere.

After an hour and a half search [VICTIM #1] mentioned that Jacob damaged another television in one of the spare rooms. [VICTIM #1] added that when she cleans up the home and locates the gun, she will notify us. [VICTIM #1] added that she could not give an estimate of the damage but stated that she would print out an invoice and email it to Deputy Bollinger.

I captured photos of the damage and [VICTIM #1] was provided with the case number. I left the residence toward my unit and placed Jacob in a seatbelt. I transported Jacob to Jail where he was turned over to the staff. I went back to my unit and checked the rear seats as well as the floorboard for any possible contraband but did not find anything.

Jacob will be charged with Terroristic Threats (16-11-37), Criminal Damage to property in the 2nd Degree (16-7-23) and Cruelty to Children in the 1st Degree (16-5-70)
