On 03/20/2026 at 1403 hours, Ofc. Jump and I Ofc. Cooper, were dispatched to El Bronco, 2067 Watson Blvd., in reference to an armed robbery and aggravated assault.

Upon our arrival to the scene, we made contact with the reporting party, Mrs. [WITNESS #1]. She advised a juvenile male, later identified as [VICTIM #1], ran to her vehicle while she was on Skyway Dr., and told her he was robbed in a vehicle at the area of Nottingham Road. She stated [VICTIM #1] told her he’d gotten hit in the face then robbed by two black males in the back of a red Toyota Camry.

Mrs. [WITNESS #1] advised [VICTIM #1] had a knot on the right side of his forehead, with several scratches on his neck and face. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] stated [VICTIM #1] got in her vehicle then she called 911 after he told her this information. She advised [VICTIM #1] was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and was a white male with brown hair. While she was on the phone with dispatch, [VICTIM #1] was able to give the suspect vehicle’s license plate, which is Georgia tag: [REDACTED]. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] stated this was all the information [VICTIM #1] had given and she just wanted to make sure he was safe and wanted to make contact in person.

Dispatch received a secondary call from [VICTIM #1]’s mother, Mrs. [WITNESS #2], who advised [VICTIM #1] was at the Huddle House, 2075 Watson Boulevard. Ofc. Jump and I, went to this location to confirm the subject was [VICTIM #1] and get a statement.

Upon arriving, we observed a white male with brown hair, wearing a black hoodie and with blue jeans. We made contact with the subject who identified himself as the victim, [VICTIM #1]. He also had a knot on the right side of his forehead, along with several scratches on his neck, which was consistent with Mrs. [WITNESS #1]s observation. [VICTIM #1] appeared to be in a panicked state, breathing heavily and fidgeting. We asked [VICTIM #1] what happened and how he’d gotten the knot on his forehead. [VICTIM #1] stated he was going to hang out with two people he’d met through Instagram via his female friend, [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] could not give [REDACTED]s information at this time.

[VICTIM #1] advised at approximately 1300 hours he made contact with two black males on Instagram and they agreed to hang out and smoke. [VICTIM #1] advised he was at 7 Brew, 4050 Watson Blvd., and had arranged to get picked up by the two suspects. [VICTIM #1] advised the two suspects picked him up from 7 Brew at 1317 hours in a red Toyota Camry. [VICTIM #1] advised shortly after picking him up, he told them to drive to [100 BLOCK] Nottingham Dr., because it was a good place to go smoke.

[VICTIM #1] advised they arrived at [100 BLOCK] Nottingham Dr., at approximately 1325 hours. [VICTIM #1] stated they pulled into the drive way of [100 BLOCK] Nottingham Dr., then once parked he exited the vehicle to make a phone call. [VICTIM #1] advised he was on the phone for approximately 10-15 minutes. [VICTIM #1] described one of the suspects to be a tall dark skinned black male, wearing red shorts and black hoodie, approximately 16-17 years old. he described the other suspects to be a short heavy set black male, approximately 16-17 years old.

[VICTIM #1] stated once he got back in the vehicle, the two suspects were acting strange and deceitful. [VICTIM #1] stated he was sitting in the back driver side passenger seat. He stated the suspect pulled out of the drive way then traveled on Nottingham Road. [VICTIM #1] stated while on Nottingham Rd., the suspects stopped the vehicle then one the suspects pulled out a Glock 19.

[VICTIM #1] stated the suspect in the front passenger seat then moved to the back passenger side seat then struck [VICTIM #1] in the head with the butt of the gun. [VICTIM #1] stated the suspect said, “On G.D. give me the password to your phone and all your sh*t.” [VICTIM #1] stated both suspects then claimed to be affiliated with the Gangster Disciple street gang.

[VICTIM #1] stated after this he gave them all of his belongings he had on his person. He stated they took his phone and his backpack. [VICTIM #1] described his phone as a black in color Iphone 16 E, with clear casing and an ultrasound picture in the back. He described his backpack to be a black and white checker pattern with a green and red shark design on the front. He claimed he had several clothing items in his bag. He also stated he had several necklaces and diamond sterling bracelet.

[VICTIM #1] stated there was $30 cash in his bag also, and didn’t state exact bills when asked. [VICTIM #1] could not remember everything that was inside his bag nor the prices of the items. [VICTIM #1] stated he was still hazy from getting struck in his head. We noticed [VICTIM #1] was very frustrated with questioning and wasn’t completely forthcoming with his answers to our questions. While giving his statements and stated several times that he felt uncomfortable talking to us and almost broke down crying several times. [VICTIM #1] claimed he’d never met the two suspects, but met them on Instagram through a mutual friend, ‘[REDACTED].’

[VICTIM #1] advised after the suspects robbed him they left with his phone and backpack. [VICTIM #1] advised they left him on Nottingham Rd., and when asked what direction they drove in, he was unsure. [VICTIM #1] did advise he had given dispatch their license plate and description of the vehicle. Shortly after, we made contact with [VICTIM #1]s mother, Mrs. [WITNESS #2]. She provided several screen shots of the Life 360 App on [VICTIM #1]s cellphone. These screen shots showed where [VICTIM #1] was and the exact time he’d gotten picked up from 7 Brew Coffee, 4050 Watson Blvd., which was 1317 hours.

Other members of Warner Robins Police Department arrived on scene. Det. Brankely took pictures of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries Then Det. Thompson aquired the Life 360 screen shots from Mrs. [WITNESS #2].

Throughout our entire interaction with [VICTIM #1] he was very frustrated with the situation and reluctant to tell us all important information of the incident. We asked [VICTIM #1] specific details of the suspects, but he appeared reluctant to give information regarding them. We advised him that he was a victim of a severe crime and of which he needed to give us the correct information to locate the two individuals that committed a crime against him. From the information [VICTIM #1] provided, the total price of the property that was taken is $795.

We observed [VICTIM #1] to be very frustrated at the situation and would not answer any further questions. [VICTIM #1] advised he wanted to go home with his mother due to him being stressed out. I then gave Mrs. [WITNESS #2] and [VICTIM #1] a case number and advised them where they could obtain a copy of this report. [VICTIM #1] then left the scene with his mother shortly after.
