On 08/29/2026 at 10:01 hours, I, Officer Orr, was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] regarding aggravated stalking.
Upon arrival, I met with Ms. [VICTIM #1], who stated that she did not call for officers. When I explained to her why officers were at the address, Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that she and her Ex-Boyfriend, Jermaine White, have a child together. She advised officers that Mr. White was issued a no-contact order by the court and a non-violent contact order issued earlier in the year. I checked Mr. White’s details on the police database via the dispatchers, and he is currently showing as wanted on multiple warrants, including aggravated stalking.
Court documents showed that on 05/07/2026 and 04/23/2026 he was issued a no-contact order against Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was on the phone with her brother in Florida when Mr. White contacted her. She said that she merged the calls, and Mr. White started threatening her, stating that he was going to kill her. Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s brother admitted to hearing the threats but stated he did not want to get involved and refused to provide any further details, including his name and address. He also added that he was just being released from prison and did not want any encounter with the police.
During the investigation, Mr. White made several phone calls to Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s phone. He was obnoxious toward her, using foul and obscene language while cursing her. Mr. White sounded angry, aggressive, and very irritated. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that he had been calling and texting since about 0200 hours. In my presence and hearing, Ms. [VICTIM #1] attempted to stop the phone calls, but he kept calling. Ms. [VICTIM #1] showed officers a text message that [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
I issued Ms. [VICTIM #1] a case number and advice on obtaining a copy of the police report. I will be seeking warrants against Mr. White for aggravated stalking and family violence on the next available opportunity.
