CONCLUSION:
It should be noted, that 201 N. Perry Pkwy, is a government building accessible to the public, including juveniles, and is not used solely for court proceedings. The area in which this altercation occurred, was in a common area both visible and audible to members of the public, who were present to complete routine business, such as renewing vehicle registration, or obtaining a passport. This incident was an obvious breach of the peace, as members of the public and courthouse employees exited other offices to observe the commotion, which was audible throughout the entire building.
Based on video evidence, Cpl Lewis concluded there was probable cause to apply for arrest warrants for the following individuals:
Ella Woolsey – (1) count Disorderly Conduct – OCGA 16-11-39
Kelly Eubanks – (1) count Simple Assault – OCGA 16-5-20
Jessica Schoolcraft – (1) count Simple Assault (Family Violence) – OCGA 16-5-20
On November 5, 2025, Cpl Lewis met with Houston County Magistrate Judge Wechsler, who found probable cause to issue said warrants.
This case will be cleared by arrest.
