On 07/21/2026 at 0941 hours, I, Teleserve Operator Wilson, spoke to Mr. [VICTIM #1] at the LEC regarding theft and card fraud.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] resides at [100 BLOCK] South End Av., Warner Robins, GA. He stated last date he let Mr. Michael Bradsher sleeр on his couch. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he woke up this morning at 0800 hours to Mr. Bradsher gone, several fraud alerts from his bank (Robins Financial Credit Union), and his RFCU card missing. He stated he believes the card was last within his short’s pocket. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he has not spoken to Mr. Bradsher but he “won’t be surprised” if Mr. Bradsher is responsible for the theft and fraud.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] provided fraud amounts as $7.41 for Two Guys at 0750 hours, $41.01 for Chevron at 0734 hours, and $31.44 for Discount Mart at 0711 hours. He advised of denied attempts in amounts $17.51 for Texaco, $109.03 for VIP Store at 0745 hours, and $16.01 for Two Guys at 0751 hours. Mr. [VICTIM #1] advised all locations are on N Davis Dr.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] was advised how to obtain a report copy.
