On Monday, 10-06-2025, at approximately 0120 hours, I, Corporal S. Ondik, was working at an approved detail at the Georgia National Fair in the assigned position of Night Patrol.

While working the detail, I was advised, via radio, that a Reithoffer Show employee, Kyleigh Baez, was refusing to leave the fair grounds after her termination. Once I made contact with Kyleigh, who was acting belligerent, and several other employees behind one of the rides in a “bunk house” style trailer, Sargent (Sgt.) K. Harper and myself told her several times that she needed to gather her belongings and leave. Kyleigh refused all lawful orders to gather her belongs and cussed at us and the other employees using words like f*cker, b*tch, and snitch. I instructed the employees to gather Kyleigh’s belongs, which were already on the ground, and bring them to the outside of the employee gate.

Kyleigh then grabbed some of her belongings but still refused to walk away from the current location, while the other employees had gathered the rest of her stuff. Kyleigh was upset that some of the employees were helping and they were telling her to just leave after we gave her several more orders to leave the fairgrounds. At this point, Kyleigh threw down the belongings she had in her hands and told one of the staff that she would punch and assault him in-front of us.

Kyleigh was then placed into handcuffs and escorted to the employee gate where we waited for Deputy C. Mahome to transport her to the detention center. Once Dep. Mahome arrived on scene, he took custody of Kyleigh and transported her to the jail.

Warrants were taken out on Kyleigh for Disorderly Conduct through the Houston County Magistrate Court.
