On 06/26/2026 at 22:47 hours I, Officer Casas, was called by Sgt. Roberson by phone. He advised there was a serious injury accident at the intersection of Lake Joy Road and Old Bridge Road.
Upon arrival, Lake Joy Road was blocked off from the intersection of Lake Joy Road and Old Bridge Road to the driveway of [700 BLOCK] Lake Joy Road. There was a 2023 Chevrolet Corvette, Georgia tag [REDACTED], with disabling damage in the outside south bound lane facing south at the intersection of Lake Joy Road and Old Bridge Road.
I was advised the driver of the vehicle during the accident was Lucas Hernandez. Mr, Hernandez was in the handcuffs and in the rear seat of Officer Ford’s patrol vehicle. I was advised that the passenger in the vehicle during the accident was [VICTIM #1]. I was advised she had suffered [REDACTED BY AGENCY] from the accident and was transported to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] prior to my arrival. Mr. Hernandez was transported to police headquarters. This case is under an active investigation.
