[NARRATIVE #1 on September 08, 2026]
On 09-08-2026, at approximately 0206 hours, I, Ofc Lopez was dispatched to 526 North Davis Drive (Pure Lounge Bar) in reference to a Battery\Non family violence.
I made contact with [VICTIM #1], near said address, at 506 N Davis Drive (Chevron gas station). [VICTIM #1] stated she was in the parking-lot outside of “Pure Lounge Bar”. While speaking to her cousin [WITNESS #1], Lucious Jones, tried to interrupt her conversation. During that time, she got into an argument with Jones and subsequently Jones struck her in the face.
[VICTIM #1] suffered a small cut to the inside of her bottom lip, directly in front of her two bottom front teeth. I secured two photos said injuries as evidence. The two photos were up loaded to RMS. [VICTIM #1] declined any medical attention and requested to press charges on Jones. She provided picture identification for Jones, along with a clothing and vehicle description.
I made contact with witness, [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] corroborated [VICTIM #1]’s statement. She was speaking with [VICTIM #1], when Jones, while being heavily under the influence of alcohol, struck her in the face. After being assaulted they left the scene and called 911 while at the Chevron gas station. Both parties reported Jones was possibly still in the parking lot at said address.
Jones was last seen wearing a black shirt with blue jean shorts. Jones was reported driving a gold Buick sedan. Let it be noted, Jones was in a prior incident, within hours of his incident with [VICTIM #1], where he assaulted a (14) year old juvenile. At that time, Jones was also reported to have a firearm on his person and or vehicle, reference (Case # 2026-10490).
I was assisted by Ofc. Wilson and Ofc Cooper. We made contact with said vehicle in the “Pure Lounge” parking-lot. I observed a black male subject sitting in the driver seat of said car. The suspect, later identified as Lucious Jones, matched the picture and clothing description provided by [VICTIM #1].
I ordered Jones to exit the vehicle at gun point. Jones exited the vehicle and was ordered to get on the ground. Jones refused and ran away from officers on foot north bound on North Davis Drive. After a short foot pursuit, Jones was taken into custody by Ofc Cooper. Ofc. Cooper secured Jones in his patrol vehicle and transported him to the WRPD, without incident.
Upon arrival, he was turned over to jail staff along with all proper paperwork. Charges on Lucious Jones, will be secured as follows: One count battery\ non family violence misd, One count Obstruction of Officers misd.

[NARRATIVE #2 on September 08, 2026]
On September 8, 2026, at approximately 0103 hours, I, Officer J. Milam, responded to [REDACTED] regarding a possible domestic disturbance. A third-party caller, [WITNESS #2], reported that their grandchild had called them and reported that Lucious Jones had assaulted a friend named [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at the location.
Upon arrival, I made contact with 16-year-old [WITNESS #3] and his friend, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was holding a towel to his face with obvious blood coming from his mouth. I inspected [REDACTED BY AGENCY] injury and observed redness and swelling on the left side of his face and a cut to his lip that was bleeding. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] complained of pain in his mouth; he declined EMS.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] reported that Lucious Jones had slapped him and pinned him against a wall, accusing him of having stolen a vape pen from him earlier in the evening. During a later interview with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] he advised that Lucious had been at the residence earlier in the evening and allowed him to use his vape pen. He advised that at some point a friend, [REDACTED], had stolen Lucious vape without his knowledge. Several hours later is when Lucious returned and accused [REDACTED BY AGENCY] of having stolen the vape and assaulted him.
[WITNESS #3] explained that Lucious was in a relationship with his mother, [WITNESS #4] and was the father of her two younger children and was living at the residence. [WITNESS #3] explained that several of his friends, including [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were spending the night at his residence. He advised that Lucious showed up at the house drunk, was extremely hostile and upset, and confronted his friend [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [WITNESS #3] reported that Lucious was yelling at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and then slapped [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with an open hand across the face.
[WITNESS #3] explained that Lucious then placed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] into a neck restraint and began attempting to try to punch [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and then pinned [REDACTED BY AGENCY] against a wall. [WITNESS #3] advised he had to physically pull Lucious away from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when they all ended up outside and continued yelling at one another, before Lucious drove away in his vehicle. [WITNESS #3] advised he called his grandmother, [WITNESS #2], during some of the incident and told her what happened.
I spoke with the adult who was on scene, [WITNESS #4], who is the mother of [WITNESS #3] and in a relationship with Lucious Jones. For reference, [WITNESS #4] refers to [WITNESS #3] by his nickname [REDACTED]. [WITNESS #4] explained that her son [WITNESS #3] had several friends spending the holiday weekend with him at the residence. She advised that she was trying to go to sleep in her bedroom when she heard a commotion. [WITNESS #4] advised she came into the living room area and observed that Lucious had [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pinned against a wall and noticed blood coming from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] lip.
[WITNESS #4] advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] kept repeating I dont know you to Jones and that she was yelling at Jones to let [REDACTED BY AGENCY] go as he had [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pinned against the wall. [WITNESS #4] advised she began to yell at Lucious and told him to get out of the residence. She advised that Lucious went outside, and her son [WITNESS #3] began to verbally confront and yell at Lucious and made statements such as Im on blood and that Lucious was telling [WITNESS #3] to spell it out, referencing gang statements and insults toward one another. [WITNESS #4] explained that Lucious continued acting very aggressively and erratically and made statements to the other teenagers on scene such as Ill beat all yalls a*s before he drove away in a 1990s-model tan Buick sedan.
I spoke with [WITNESS #5], who was on scene and a friend of [WITNESS #3]s. [WITNESS #5] reported he was lying down in the living room and heard a commotion and observed Lucious swinging his fist at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and then saw [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pinned against the wall by Lucious.
I spoke with [WITNESS #6] on scene, who was another friend of [WITNESS #3]s and staying at the residence over the weekend. [WITNESS #6] advised he was lying down in the living room and woke up to a commotion. [WITNESS #6] advised he observed Lucious smack [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the face. He advised an altercation continued throughout the home until Lucious went outside and continued to engage with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [WITNESS #3] in a verbal argument outside the home before Lucious drove away.
While I was on scene, I observed apparent droplets of blood throughout the interior of the home and in the bathroom sink. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that after he was assaulted, he went to this sink in an attempt to clean up some of the blood and obtained a towel. I took photographs of this evidence and later uploaded the images in RMS. Additional photographs of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] injuries were taken and also uploaded.
While on scene investigating this incident, Officer Lopez responded to a call for service in the 500 block of N. Davis Drive at Pure Lounge, where a female reported having been assaulted by Lucious Jones. (Reference case #2026-10492). Lucious Jones was located and taken into custody by Officer Lopez.
I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and advised her of this incident. She requested that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] be transported back to his residence. I transported [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to his residence at [REDACTED BY AGENCY], where he was turned over to his mother [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and provided with this case number.
I responded to police headquarters, where Lucious Jones was in custody. He was advised of his Miranda Warning and agreed to speak with me regarding the incident I was investigating. Lucious denied having been at [REDACTED] or being involved in any dispute or altercation with anyone there.
I explained that there were numerous people who reported he was there and engaged in a physical altercation with a juvenile. He continued to deny this accusation, but expressed concerns that his childs mother, [WITNESS #4], was allowing her sons friends over at the house who engage in illegal drug use and sometimes possess firearms.
Jones advised that he was on felony probation and living at the residence and was not allowed to be around drugs or firearms. Jones stated he would take responsibility for whatever they said happened tonight but wanted police to search the house and make all of [WITNESS #3]s friends at the residence leave.
The vehicle that Lucious was occupying at the time of his arrest, a 1992 Buick Park Avenue, was turned over to the registered owner, [WITNESS #4].
Jones was charged with Battery and Cruelty to Children 1st degree. I will be seeking arrest warrants on the next available date.
