On October 4, 2026, at approximately 0024 hours, I worked for the Houston County Sheriff’s Office (Patrol Division) when I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Forestbrooke Way for a violation of a conditional bond/ no contact order, aggravated stalking.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] said her children’s father, Luke McClary, entered the residence and began attacking [VICTIM #2] after seeing them having intercourse. [VICTIM #1] said Luke has a conditional bond which states he was to have no contact with her and not be at the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated after, [VICTIM #2] ran out of the front door, Luke ran out of the back once she said she was calling for emergency services.

I spoke with [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #2] said he met [VICTIM #1] at a bar and later went to her residence. [VICTIM #2] stated Luke entered the master bedroom bathroom and attacked him. [VICTIM #2] said after exiting the bathroom, Luke chased him down the stairs to the front door. [VICTIM #2] told me he saw Luke with what appeared to be a knife but could not say whether he was struck with it while trying to exit the front door.

[VICTIM #2] said he remembered being struck but did not know if it was a closed fist or an object before exiting the residence. [VICTIM #2] said once he was able to open the front door, he began running up the street to an unknown neighbor’s residence to have someone call for emergency services. [VICTIM #2] stated he did not want to seek charges at this time, but was advised on how to seek warrants at a later date.

I observed that [VICTIM #2] had a bloody nose, with small lacerations and a contusion to the left side of his head above the ear.

I was advised by dispatch that there is an active conditional bond for no contact, with Luke being the offender and [VICTIM #1] being the victim.

Pictures were taken of the scene and of [VICTIM #2]’s injuries.

I will seek warrants for violation of a conditional bond/aggravated stalking (O.C.G.A. 16-5-91).
