On 11/08/2025, at 1810 hours, I, Deputy Krauter of the Houston County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Krisken Ct in reference to a Sexual Assault. I arrived on scene, I made contact with the Victim, a Juvenile, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. she was interviewed and advised the following:

She had just returned home from work and the offender, a neighbor, Martinez Solomon was in the front of their yard, while she and the witness, her father, [WITNESS #1] were walking toward the porch. While walking to the porch Martinez told [WITNESS #1] “I won’t hurt your daughter”. After he said this he walked up to witness #2, her stepmother, [WITNESS #2] and tells her “I love White Women.” Martinez asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she had started bleeding yet meaning had she started her period and she did not answer. After telling her this he hugged her and asked her “Do you find me attractive”.

She advised she was at that point very uncomfortable and told Maritenez she was only fifteen. Martinez then grabbed her by the hips and dug his nails into her skin. While holding her between himself and a vehicle that was parked on the property. He then reached his hands to her buttocks. He also began touching all over her and she attempted to get away from Martinez but was unable to because he was holding her close to him. While he was holding her close to him he put his face in her face in an attempt to kiss her. She was finally able to get away from him and her dad told him to leave and when Martinez was walking away he asked her have you ever had sex before. After asking this her dad snapped and told him to get the “f” away.

Witnesses [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] were interviewed and confirmed [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s statement. Both [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] provided written statements and will be attached to the report.

While on scene Dispatch advised per Emory Hospital (Warner Robins) Martinez was in the emergency room in reference to a Mental Health Evaluation. Corporal (Cpl.) T. Archie arrived at the Hospital and made contact with Martinez.

I contacted Sergeant (Sgt.) A. Hilton of the HCSO Juvenile Division and briefed her on the incident.

I arrived on the Hospital and made contact with Martinez in Room B-6. I advised him of his Miranda Rights, and he agreed to answer any questions that I ask him. He advised he only gave [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a hug. He also admitted that he asked her if she had started bleeding yet.

After being cleared by Medical Personnel he was taken into custody and transported to the HCSO Detention Center where upon arrival all booking paperwork was completed and he was turned over to Detention Center Staff. Detention Center Staff was advised to place Martinez on a fifteen-minute suicide watch due to his mental state.

Criminal Arrest warrants will be taken sought against Martinez for the following:

1. Sexual Battery on persons under the age of sixteen (O.C.G.A. 16-6-22.1 (b)(d)).
2. False Imprisonment (O.C.G.A. 16-5-41).
