On Monday, 08-23-2021, at approximately 1030 hours, I, Deputy S. Ondik, was dispatched to [2100 BLOCK] Highway 127 in reference to criminal trespass.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with the victims, [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2], and the offender/arrested, Mickeno Mitchell, in the front yard of [2100 BLOCK] Highway 127. I asked Mickeno what he was doing at the property and he advised he was recently released from the detention center and needed a ride into Warner Robins.

I then asked Mickeno if he knew the owners of the property and he advised for a very short time. Mickeno then went on to say he was helping the residents with their lawn mower and the owners did not want to “press charges.” Mickeno then advised me that everything was okay.

Dep. Cuskey and Dep. Craig arrived on scene and stayed with Mickeno while I went to speak with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2].

I asked [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] about the incident and they told me their niece, [WITNESS #1], was inside the residence quarantining due to COVID-19 when she heard loud knocking on the garage doors. [VICTIM #2] stated [WITNESS #1] told her, via telephone, that an unknown male, Mickeno, was trying to take things from their carport and possibly get into the residence. [VICTIM #2] stated she then called [VICTIM #1] who was able to get on scene and confront the male. [VICTIM #2] stated she also called 911 to report the incident.

[VICTIM #1] stated when he made contact with Mickeno, he was on their lawn mower and had it running with no key. [VICTIM #1] stated he told Mickeno to leave and not take his mower. [VICTIM #1] stated Mickeno then walked toward Ga Highway 127 where I made contact with him. I asked [VICTIM #1] if anything was stolen and he stated no. [VICTIM #1] did stated that the throttle handle to his mower, A 46′ Husqvarna riding mower, was broken by Mickeno.

I asked [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #1] if they knew Mickeno and they advised they did not. They stated they get a lot of foot traffic in front of the their residence by people recently released from the detention center. They both then advised they wanted to seek warrants for the Criminal Trespass- Damage because it was an on going issue with people coming onto their property for unlawful reasons. I then advised them he would be arrested and told them how they could obtain a copy of the report for their records.

I then made contact with Mickeno and advised him on my findings. Mickeno was then arrested for Criminal Trespass- Damage. Mickeno’s wrists were placed into handcuffs and the handcuffs where checked for proper fit/double locked. Mickeno was then searched for any weapons/contraband and transported to The Houston County Detention Center by Dep. Craig.

Once Dep. Craig left the scene with Mickeno, I ran everyone’s information through Dispatch. Dispatch then advised me that [VICTIM #2] did not have any open warrants but [VICTIM #1] had an open Immigration Violation- Deported Felon “hit” through GCIC, reference nic number N990032770. Dispatch advised the agency that wanted [VICTIM #1] was The Bureau Of Immigration and Customs Enforcement Law Enforcement (ICE). Dispatch then connected me to an ICE agent, Agent Danielle Thomas, and it was determined by them that a hold was not going to placed at the time.

Photographs were taken of the damages to the Husqvarna and attached to the report. Warrants were obtained on Mickeno for Criminal Trespass- Damage through The Houston County Magistrate Court.

The call was recorded on the camera system located in unit 854.
