On 09/13/2025 at approximately 0949 hours, I Deputy Rendon responded to 1176 N. Davis Dr., Warner Robins, GA regarding a Domestic call where a male subject broke a female subjects (victim-[VICTIM #1]) phone. The caller advised the male subject (offender-Ohare Shelee) left on foot wearing a grey shirt and grey shorts, black male, bald head and the victim relocated to 608 N. Davis Dr. waiting on law enforcement.

Upon my arrival, I met [VICTIM #1] and observed her right eye and orbital area severely bruised. lacerated and swollen shut. I requested EMS respond to check her injuries. [VICTIM #1] stated her husband, who lives with her at 1176 N. Davis Dr., became angry that she left the area they reside over night. She stated she left between 0400 hours and 0600 hours, when she returned Ohare began striking her with a black book bag that was filled with unknown objects that caused serious injury and caused her to fall to the ground.

[VICTIM #1] also stated Ohare continued to strike her head and face region, while she attempted to block the strikes. She said she did not see how he struck her, but she thought it was with his hands. [VICTIM #1] said the assault began at 1176 N. Davis Dr. and continued toward the roadway infront of an adjacent mobile home park south of 1174 N. Davis Dr. I explained to [VICTIM #1] the state domestic violence laws and she conveyed she wanted him arrested and was in fear for her future safety. Photos of injuries were take and will be attached to report.

During the assault, [VICTIM #1] made a phone call to her brother (witness-[WITNESS #1]), who stated he spoke directly to Ohare during the incident. [WITNESS #1] stated Ohare verbally threatened to lay hands on [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] told him he better not. [WITNESS #1] overheard the arguing between Ohare and [VICTIM #1], he said he heard [VICTIM #1] telling Ohare to stop hitting her and [VICTIM #1] screaming during the assault. [WITNESS #1] drove to 608 N. Davis Dr. to ensure his sisters safety. [WITNESS #1] never made physical contact with Ohare during the incident.

EMS evaluated [VICTIM #1] on scene and transported her to Atrium Macon Trauma for her injuries. I went to 1176 N. Davis Dr., where Cpl. Archie and Deputy Davis discovered the business was abandoned with personal items, “squatter” living necessities and two dogs present. The area was searched for the suspect with negative results. Animal control was contacted and picked up the animals.

While at 1176 N. Davis Dr., I spoke with adjacent business owners and employee’s. [WITNESS #2] (witness and employee at 1174 N. Davis Dr.) stated at approximately 0800 hours, a woman (known as [VICTIM #1]) and a male (known as Ohare) were screaming next door about breaking and giving her the phone. A little while later, [VICTIM #1] came to the door of the business with a black eye unable to see from the injury and appeared disoriented. [WITNESS #2] stated he saw Ohare as described above leaving the scene walking southbound on N. Davis Rd. and then he said [VICTIM #1] left in a vehicle. [WITNESS #2] did not call 911 to report the incident.

Based on the evidence of my investigation, there is enough probable cause to file warrants for Ohare Shelee for Aggravated Assault (Family Violence) on the victim [VICTIM #1]. Det. Kamens was contacted and advised he would follow-up at a later time, due to the suspect and victim not being on scene.
