On 10/10/2025 at approximately 2131 hours, I Deputy Rendon responded to an address [200 BLOCK] Dog Fennel Ln., Perry, GA 31069 regarding a delayed Child Molestation call that Perry Police Department responded to.

I relieved Perry Police Department upon my arrival and met with the three victims [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (brothers). The victim’s mother [WITNESS #1] was also present.

The victims all stated tonight they discussed the abuse openly from “Curtis” (Samuel Curtis Adams/Offender). [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came home and told her about sexually inappropriate incidents that occurred between the ages of 10 yr old – 11 yr old. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] recalled being exploited by pictures, he said Curtis took of him sleeping. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] recalled Curtis making threats to share the pictures with his family if he told. He did not give any other account of abuse at this time, although he implied his suspicion that more may have occurred.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he was abused on several occasions by Curtis while sleeping over each other’s homes located at [100 BLOCK] Heard Rd., B, Kathleen, GA and second address in Bibb County. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Curtis would touch his genitalia in a manner to cause sexual arousal and ejaculation, he also stated there was nonconsensual oral sex performed on him. All events occurred when he was a minor (approximately 9-11 years old). [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was very emotional and apprehensive about offering further detail.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he was also abused by Curtis while sleeping over each other’s homes, from age 6 yr old – 13 yr old. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] recalled Curtis making him touch his genitals until Curtis became sexually aroused and ejaculated. He also stated Curtis would urinate on his body and in his mouth at times. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he would wake up to Curtis masturb*ting while touching him ([REDACTED BY AGENCY]) while he was asleep. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was also very emotional during this interview.

Through my investigation it was determined that all victims were brothers and are also related to the offender (paternal cousin). [WITNESS #1] wanted to report the incident since her sons were minors at the time of occurrence. All parties were informed that my report would prompt future investigations by an assigned investigator.

Sgt. Andrews (Juvenile Division) was contacted and informed myself and Cpl. Archie to also contact CID. Captain Noler (CID) was contacted and advised he would follow-up sometime next week.
