On 01/12/2026 at approximately 2216 hours, I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a domestic incident.
While en route, dispatch advised a male, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and a female, Shannon Baker, were arguing and the incident had become physical. Dispatch further advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Baker attempted to grab his t*sticles. Dispatch advised Baker had left the scene and was located at the [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
Upon arrival at the gas station, I made contact with Baker at her vehicle, a black Chevrolet Tahoe bearing Georgia tag [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Baker stated she went to the residence to collect her belongings and attempted to talk things out. She stated she observed another female in [REDACTED BY AGENCY] bedroom and that’s when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] arrived home, they began arguing and he called her derogatory names. Baker stated the argument escalated into a physical altercation. She requested an ambulance for her injuries.
While speaking with Baker, I detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. I observed visible lacerations on her face and neck, blood on her lip, and blood on the white sweatshirt she was wearing. Baker was transported by EMS. While standing outside her vehicle, I observed in plain view a green and white alcoholic beverage, identified as a Cutwater Lime Margarita, was on the rear passenger floorboard.
While speaking with Warner Robins officers by telephone, I was advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Baker was not allowed inside the residence and was only permitted to retrieve body wash and hygiene items. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Baker took his garage clicker and his red phone with a clear case and did not return them.
I later made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he allowed Baker to retrieve her belongings from the front porch only. He stated he left briefly to retrieve items from a former shared residence and returned to find baby oil covering the floor. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Baker was inside the residence and they began arguing, accusing each other of being promiscuous and calling each other derogatory terms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Baker pushed him first and he repeatedly told her to leave. He stated he attempted to push her out while she was irate, cursing and throwing items.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Baker grabbed him by the shirt, and he pushed her hand away. During the struggle, both fell to the ground due to the baby oil. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Baker grabbed his genitalia, and he twisted her arm to break free. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he sat on Baker to restrain her until police arrived and told her to leave. He stated Baker refused, attempted to provoke him into striking her, and secretly called 911. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Baker later threw an object and claimed he hit her. Before leaving, Baker asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if he wanted his phone back.
I made contact with witness [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated she was in [REDACTED BY AGENCY] bedroom when Baker entered, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] threatened to “burn this b*tch down,” and held a lighter. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she heard baby oil being sprayed and believed Baker was pouring an accelerant on the floor. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] arrived home shortly afterward and she heard arguing and a struggle. She observed Baker ball her fists and attempt to strike [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at which point [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pushed her.
While at the residence, I observed a large amount of baby oil on the floor throughout the home, causing me to slip. I observed blood in the living room near a corner. The baby oil extended from the garage entry to the bedroom door. Numerous items were scattered throughout the residence, consistent with objects being thrown.
Later, I made contact with Baker at the hospital. While in Room [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her 22-year-old son was present, unknown name at this time. Officers requested to see the bloodied sweatshirt, and when the son lifted it, a gray colored garage clicker with green buttons fell from the sweatshirt. The clicker was seized for evidentiary purposes. Baker stated she left the scene because she feared [REDACTED BY AGENCY] would go to her primary residence, which is leased under [REDACTED BY AGENCY] name.
When asked about her injuries, Baker was unable to recall how they occurred but kept saying [REDACTED BY AGENCY] twisted her arm during the struggle. Baker stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] held her down.
Photographs of Baker’s injuries and the scene were taken. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did not appear to have any injuries or complain of any injuries. I observed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hands and fingers to see if they had any marks consistent with a battery which there was not any I could observe based on the investigation. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he and Baker previously lived together, Baker was identified as the primary aggressor.
Warrants will be sought for Baker for family violence criminal trespass, sexual battery and open container. Evidence was processed and secured. Additional witness statements will be obtained at a later date.
