On 05/20/2024 at 1043 hours, I, Teleserve Operator [REDACTED], met with Ms. [VICTIM #1] and her brother-in-law, Mr. [WITNESS #1], at the LEC regarding theft and card fraud.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated on 05/13/2024 her tennis bracelet was discovered missing from the residence, and she found it pawned at E Z Pawn (1247 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA). The owner, Mr. [WITNESS #1], advised Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. [WITNESS #1] the bracelet was pawned by Ms. Brown the same date. Ms. [VICTIM #1] paid the amount owed to retrieve her bracelet back. I called and spoke to Mr. [WITNESS #1] this date at 1210 hours. He confirmed this information and stated he will have copies of related paperwork if this is needed to pick up.
