On 10/12/2025 at approximately 0038 hours, I Deputy Rendon responded to [200 BLOCK] Virginia Ave, Warner Robins GA 31005 regarding a delayed physical domestic dispute.
Upon my arrival, I met with reporting party [WITNESS #1] and her son [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [WITNESS #1] stated she received a call from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at approximately 2330 this date. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her he and his father (Thomas Locke) got into a physical altercation and he wanted her to pick him up. [WITNESS #1] said she immediately drove to [2900 BLOCK] Hwy 341, Hawkinsville, GA (Thomas’ address) to pick up [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
I also interviewed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with parental consent. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he was with his girlfriend watching a football game and returned home at approximately 2300 hours. When he got to his dad’s house, Thomas began arguing with him over [REDACTED BY AGENCY] not knowing his surroundings. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said Thomas shoved him into a chair with a metal bar, holding his head in a position against the chair.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Thomas struck him with a closed fist to the back of his head several times, then pushed him down on the ground using his body weight to hold [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said Thomas was verbally antagonizing him to fight him, implying he was not a tough guy. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was not only physically hurt but emotional angered and distraught after the altercation, which led him to strike a pole with his right hand causing self inflicted injury (possibly broken bones).
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the assault occurred in front of his step mother [WITNESS #2], who attempted to stop Thomas from continuing to strike [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said he was able to walk away, while he was walking away Thomas continued being verbal antagonistic.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] left his fathers home with his mother. During this interview, Deputy Hazen visually examined [REDACTED BY AGENCY] head and neck area looking for evidence of the battery and was unable to see any marks. Both [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [WITNESS #1] advised Thomas had been drinking and was under the influence at the time of incident. [WITNESS #1] also advised, Thomas has a history including domestic violence against [REDACTED BY AGENCY] since 2022.
I contacted Deputies Harden and Krauter to assist by interviewing both Thomas and [WITNESS #2]. See supplements for investigation details. [WITNESS #2]’s information was included in Deputy Krauters supplement.
Based on witness, victim and offender statements there was evidence to place Thomas Locke under arrest for Family Violence, Simple Battery and Child Cruelty in the second degree. Thomas was transported by Deputy Harden to Houston County Jail for processing. Warrnats will be taken.
