On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, I Deputy T. Moberg was assigned to the Houston County Sheriffs Office Patrol Division with my Field Training Officer (FTO) Cpl. G. Davis. While on patrol, at approximately 1936 hours, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Davidson Rd in reference to a neighbor dispute.
Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. He advised me that he found bags of trash on his property. After going through the bags of trash, he found mail addressed to Vonsuela Daniels at [600 BLOCK] Thomas Jeffries Rd. [VICTIM #1] advised me that he had made contact with Vonsuela, and she stated that she had paid a subject she identified as [REDACTED], to take her trash and dispose of it. [VICTIM #1] stated he wanted the trash gone by Saturday, September 12, 2026, or he would be looking to press charges. I advised [VICTIM #1] that we would make contact with Vonsuela and complete a report. I gave [VICTIM #1] a case number and advised him how he could obtain a copy.
I then relocated to [600 BLOCK] Thomas Jeffries Rd to make contact with Vonsuela. When I arrived at the residence, I knocked on the door and Vonsuela answered. I explained to her why I was there and she began to tell me what happened. Vonsuela advised me she paid a man by the name of [REDACTED] $300 in cash to take her trash and dispose of it. Vonsuela informed me she was under the impression [REDACTED] would take her trash to the landfill. Vonsuela provided screenshots of a conversation with [REDACTED] that included photos on a map of the location he dumped the trash. Vonsuela stated she attempted to locate the location to remove the trash herself, but she was unable to locate the area.
While speaking to Vonsuela, I obtained her license and ran her license number through central dispatch. Central dispatch advised me Vonsuela had a possible open warrant out of Houston County for disorderly conduct. I advised dispatch to send the hit and central confirmed the warrant. Vonsuela was taken into custody and transported to the Houston County Detention Center by Deputy D. Thompson, where she was booked in on her warrant.
I then attempted to make contact with [REDACTED] over the phone, but was unsuccessful.
