UNLAWFUL CONDUCT DURING A 911 CALL

On August 2 2025 we received a BOLO for a reckless driver on Highway 49, driving a white Mazda suv waving a gun. Deputy Dominguez conducted a traffic stop with the driver on Chapman Rd. The driver did not have a gun and had no indication of aggression. The driver was identified as Michael Marcus but the caller/complainant was [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

On September 1, 2025 we received a similar call(BOLO) from [REDACTED] about a white Mazda SUV swerving all over the roadway. No one responded or located. [REDACTED]

On September 11, 2025 we received a similar call(BOLO) about a white Mazda SUV driving reckless . No one responded or located. [REDACTED]

On September 27, the day I responded to the BOLO about a red Mazda suv shooting out their window at a pickup truck. I was near the Bibb County line where the incident allegedly took place and I did not hear any gun shots. I saw the red Mazda suv[REDACTED]. I conducted a felony stop on the driver/vehicle due to the nature of the call in the City of Gray. The driver was identified as Michael Marcus the same person from the incident in August. He was accompanied by a 3 month old little girl who was sound asleep. There was no indication that a shot had been fired nor was there a gun inside of the vehicle. Marcus stated that a similar incident happened to him in Bibb County. TMarcus did inform me that his Mazda suv was in the shop getting work done and this was a loaner from the dealer.[REDACTED]

On October 23, 2025 we received another call about a white Mazda suv speeding and the b/m driver was crying. We sent someone to check on the “individual” but they were diverted to a suicide attempt. The caller this time gave te phone number [REDACTED] but rapid sos pinged the actual number [REDACTED]. The numbers from similar calls in the past by a male with the same voice according to dispatcher indicate these are false reports of crimes by Michael Marcus. Michael calls in to dispatch to report these crimes/incidents, and identify himself as some alias and fake complainant just to call on himself. When his name is ran through GCIC/NCIC the [REDACTED] appears which belongs to Michael. These incidents/acts are dangerous especially when a felony stop is conducted with a infant inside of his car. Warrants will be issued for Michael arrest for false reports of a crime and abuse of 911 emergency line.
