On 9/8/26 at approximately 1540 hours I, Deputy Nolan Sullivan, was dispatched to a name and number regarding a sexual assault that had occurred on Etheridge Rd. I then called [WITNESS #1] on my department issued cell phone. [WITNESS #1] stated that her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was sexually assaulted approximately three years ago by her brother, Nashaun Carter, at an unknown address on Etheridge Rd. [WITNESS #1] also stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is currently eighteen years old but was fifteen years old when the incident occurred. [WITNESS #1] stated that she had a recorded conversation in which he admitted to the sexual assault. [WITNESS #1] stated that she did not know the address where the assault took place but would look for it.
I then contacted Capt. Kenny Gleaton and advised him of the report. He advised that they would follow up with [WITNESS #1] in reference to this incident. I then contacted [WITNESS #1] and advised her that Capt. Gleaton would be in contact with her.
I then forwarded the case to the investigations division.
