On 4/25/2026 at approximately 2322 hours, I, Officer Chavez was dispatched to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Washington Street Barnesville, GA 30204 in regards to a 911 Hang up.

Officer Bailey arrived on scene first, and made contact with Ms. Walker. Officer Bailey was advised that there was a verbal altercation between the residents at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Washington Street and Ms. Walker, who was visiting the tenants at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Washington Street. The people involved in the altercation are related, and have prior family history with each other.

Ms. Walker was walking back and forth on the roadway, advising us that she has a child with the gentleman who resides at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Washington Street. She was very intoxicated and was being uncooperative with officers, after we were attempting to calm her down and give her advice about her family matters. Officer Bailey asked her to sit down and wait on her ride. Ms. Walker then stated she was going to walk home, but I informed her that due to her being intoxicated, I could not allow her to walk on a public roadway.

Officer Bailey then told Ms. Walker that he will walk her down to the end of the road, given that she was about to be picked up by her friend. Ms. Walker continued to stay seated while drinking her alcohol. She then stated that she is going to take her alcohol on the roadway and she does not care if she gets arrested. I then informed her to put the alcohol down and walk down to Officer Bailey.

She refused to listen to what I was telling her to do. I then grabbed the alcohol out of her hand, sat it down by the stairway and told her to walk down to Officer Bailey. She then attempted to grab the alcohol again. I told her to go lock her vehicle so that she can go home with her ride,. She then walked towards her vehicle and continued to be uncooperative, not listening to me and using profanity in public.

At this time, I advised her she was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. She was handcuffed in the rear, double locked, placed in patrol vehicle, and she began to use profanity against the officers. She was transported to the Lamar County Detention Center and transferred over to jail staff. She continued to curse at officers and even stated that she is a prostitute and that she has money to pay her lawyers.

She was cited for Disorderly Conduct (city).
