On 4/6/2026 at approximately 2021 hours, I, Officer Chavez was dispatched to the parking lot of Gordon Road and Highlander Way Barnesville, GA 30204, in regards to a physical dispute.
I arrived on scene and assisted Officer Perdue, given the incident happened on Gordon State College Property. This incident transpired from a Gordon State student racing another female (Ms. Faatuai), in the parking lot, and the student lost control of her vehicle, crashing her vehicle.
Officer Perdue was handling the incident, and I assisted with keeping parties separated and calmed, while Officer Perdue handled the legality of the incident. Officer Bailey and I were speaking with the father of the student, and Ms. Faatuai arrived back on scene, after being released by Officer Perdue during the first incident. We informed Ms. Faatuai that she needs to leave, given that she is not allowed back on scene and we are currently still investigating this current incident.
Ms. Faatuai backed up, away from the scene. Ms. Faatuai then came back once again on scene, after being asked to stay away from the scene and she stated that we were not doing our jobs, because the father of the student had beat her and we were not doing anything about the situation. She was informed previously that this is Gordon State Police Jurisdiction and they are handling the incidents.
Ms. Faatuai began to use profanity in public, while walking away. She then stated “what the f*ck cops are good for” and that she is going to get her father to “f*ck us up”.
She was also informed that she was criminally trespassing, given that she does not attend the college.
She was arrested at this time for obstruction and disorderly conduct.
She was handcuffed in the rear, placed in my patrol vehicle, seat belt applied, and was transported to the Lamar Detention Center.
She was transferred over to Jail Staff without incident.
