On 09/26/2025 at approximately 01:03 Hours I, Dep. Holt #124 along with Dep. France #129 responded to [100 BLOCK] Church for a report of a female that threatened to kill the complainant with a knife.

Upon arrival Deputies approached an open door on the right side of the house and heard a Female Identified as Simmons, Terry state the knife was on the floor and asked if we wanted her to get it for us I told her to leave it where it was and as we entered the home asked both subjects what was going on the Make subject Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he was trying to sleep on the couch and Ms. Simmons stood over him with a knife and threatened to kill him multiple times while holding the knife.

I asked Ms. Simmons why she had the knife and she stated she had it because she wanted to threaten him. I then ordered Ms. Simmons to stand up and place her hands behind her back she complied and she was placed in handcuffs that were fit checked and double locked. She stated she enjoyed jail and was glad to go back. She was escorted outside and placed inside my Patrol Unit #4448 and I went back inside to speak with the complainant and I asked him what he thought of the way she threatened him and he stated he felt like she was going to kill him and he feared for his life.

I got Mr. [VICTIM #1] Information and then transported Ms. Simmons to the Lamar County Detention Center on the way to the detention center she talked the entire way speaking vulgar ad obscene things. All was recorded on in car camera and body camera. She was turned over to the jail staff. She is charged with Aggravated Assault nothing follows.
