[NARRATIVE #1 on August 15, 2026]

On Saturday, August 15, 2026, at approximately 2:22 P.M., I, Deputy Peoples, responded to [300 BLOCK] Windsong Dr for a report of a domestic incident.

Before responding to the address, I received a phone message from [WITNESS #1] regarding a temporary protective order. While on the phone, another party called for a response to the above-listed address.

Once on scene, I spoke again with [WITNESS #1] and her daughter, [VICTIM #1]. They stated that Trenity Davis, who recently moved away from the address, returned to the address for the purpose of collecting her property. While there, [VICTIM #1] and Trenity got into a verbal altercation over an iPad. The verbal confrontation then turned into a physical altercation in which hair was pulled. Trenity then left the address saying, “We will be back. [WITNESS #1] provided some CCTV camera angles of the incident. However, some of the footage was not accessible to view with her current account. While I was speaking with them, several cars drove up to the scene.

Several females got out of the cars. Trenity and Dentria Blash were among the females. The two of them began yelling and attempted to approach [VICTIM #1]. Deputy Whitcomb and I had to physically restrain both Trenity and Dentria, who were then taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

After speaking with Trenity about the prior incident, she advised that there should be camera footage of the entire incident.

All parties were informed of private prosecution options related to the prior incident. Trenity Davis and Dentria Blash were escorted to the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center for disorderly conduct.

[NARRATIVE #2 on August 15, 2026]

I arrived on scene and made contact with Deputy Peoples. While on scene, multiple vehicles arrived, and a small group exited the vehicles and approached our location. I made contact with one of the females, Deatra Blash, who was yelling at the other party on scene. After making contact with Blash, I told her to return to her vehicle; she ignored my instruction.

I then began to try to detain Blash while she was trying to push past me in an attempt to reach the other party on scene. Blash was then detained, handcuffed behind her back, and placed into my patrol vehicle.

I then transported Blash to the LEC, where she was given a citation for disorderly conduct and turned over to jail staff.

[NARRATIVE #3 on August 15, 2026]

I Deputy Butler met with Trenity Davis in reference to making a statement about what occurred that night.

Davis said [WITNESS #1] knew she was coming to the residence to get her and her children some clothes. [WITNESS #1] said that was fine if she comes over there as long as she is there when she comes. Davis said she arrived and [WITNESS #1] was there. Davis said that [VICTIM #1] has been making “slick” comments to her and post’s on Facebook. Davis said that [VICTIM #1] was telling Davis she was going to get her sh*t and told her to “get the f*ck out”. Davis said she began to walk out the house but she turned to go back in the house before exiting to grab her child’s Video Game off of a table.

[VICTIM #1] was standing in her way when she attempted to grab it. Davis said she dropped what she had in her hand and set it to the side. [VICTIM #1] then hit Davis in her face and thats when the fight began. In the midst of the fight [WITNESS #1] grabbed Davis’s hands to try and restrain her while [VICTIM #1] continued to hit her. Davis said [VICTIM #1] then grabbed her by her hair and threw her on the ground.

Davis said she had access to the video footage but was unable to save it due to being arrested. Davis said she checked when she got out and she no longer had access to it.

Davis said her boyfriend [REDACTED] has a gun safe in the house. Davis said that they were trying to get the guns from the house but was unable to do so due to the individuals living there. Davis said she can no longer go over there and retrieve the property due to being trespassed.
