On March 9, 2026 at approximately 1330 hrs, I, Deputy Dylan Shillingburg, spoke with [VICTIM #1] in reference to his son Justin Jones, stealing his money.

Upon speaking with [VICTIM #1], he said his son, Justin Jones, obtained his card information and has been sending himself money through Cashapp. [VICTIM #1] showed me a printout of transactions that dated back to 02/06/2026 of Justin sending himself miscellaneous amounts of money until the latest date of 03/06/2026. The total that had been taken from the account is $2.004.72.

[VICTIM #1] and his family were concerned about Justin’s well being and expressed that multiple times. [VICTIM #1] and his family were not only advised on the process of private prosecution, but also informed on the TPO process and 10-13 process. [VICTIM #1] was told to hold on to the list of transactions.
