On June 28th 2026 at 1820 hours, I Deputy Coleman was dispatched to [2700 BLOCK] Highway 441 N in reference to a property dispute.

When I arrived on scene, I oberved that one male William Adams had blood on his face and head and also on his hands. I observed their was another male Jefferson Allen that also had blood on his hand and a possible bruised eye. I spoke with Adams first he informed that he had lived here for years and this has been an on going issue about property lines.

Today he talked with Allen and they were going to meet at [2700 BLOCK] Highway 441 N to discuss this issue about the property line. Adams stated that when he arrived on scene him and Allen both got out of their trucks and approached one another and got into a verbal altercation which turned into physical altercation. Adams refused EMS.

I spoke with Allen he informed me that he owns the property that boards up next to Adams. Allen stated that their are: two trailers, trash and also a part of the Adam’s tiny home are also on his property. Allen informed me that this has been a problem for years that Adams tresspasses on his property all the time without his permisson. Allen informed me that he has already talked with his lawyer and their is paperwork that is supposed to be served to Adams about the property line. I Deputy Coleman observed that Allen had bloody knuckles and also he eye appered swollen.

I Deputy Coleman advised William Adams that he was under arrst for disorderly conduct for the mutual combat and that he would be transported to Laurens County Law Enforcement Center for booking into the jail.

I Deputy Coleman advised Jefferson Allen that he was under arrest for disorderly conduct for the mutual combat and that he would be transported to Laurens County Law Enforcement Center for booking into the jail.

I Deputy Coleman advised Allen and Adams that a report would done and how to obtain a copy.
