[NARRATIVE #1 on October 04, 2025]

On 10/04/2025 at approximately 0306 hours, I responded to 119 Pinewood Road, Leesburg Ga (Lee County Jail) in reference to field testing a white crystallized substance found in an inmate property.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Officer Mccoy with the Lee County Jail who advised, He found a clearbaggie with white crystallized substances in Eric Cloud-Hammons wallet from when he got brought into jail (see case # 25-04-00591). He advised, they found the baggie when they were logging Eric belongings into the Jail system. Mccoy asked Eric what the substance was, but he advised he did not know.

I field tested the white crystallized substance, which tested positive for Methamphetamine. I took pictures of the Methamphetamine and the positive field test and uploaded them to this report. I completed a property receipt form (form #00403) along with a GBI submission form and attached it to this report.

I will be taking the following warrants for Possession of Methamphetamine and Crossing the guard line with intoxicant.
