[NARRATIVE #1 on June 28, 2025]

On 6-28-2025 I received a DFACS report that reads verbatim bellow:

How has the maltreater neglected or abused the victim child [VICTIM #1]? On Sunday June 22, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her dad and [WITNESS #1] that she doesn’t want to return to her mom’s home because she was scared Phillip was actually going to rape her this time. Child was returned home days later, around Wednesday, June25. There is also a possibility of sexual assault, prior to this incident it was disclosed that marks and bruises were seen on her arms before. No further detail provided. It was disclosed excuses were provided as to why nothing was done or said before

How has the neglect or abuse harmed/affected the child [VICTIM #1]? This has harmed the child because she is scared, freaking out about the situation. Her being scare and weary is not normal. [WITNESS #1] mention she has been kind of depressed and not been acting like herself. How often does maltreatment occur? It is unknown how often the maltreatment occurs. When did the maltreatment last occur? The maltreatment last occurred on sun June 22. It was disclosed that she would be returned on Wednesday June 25. How did you become aware of the maltreatment? It was disclosed through conversation. Does the maltreater have access To the child [VICTIM #1] right now? Yes, they have access to child now. Where are children at this time? She is at moms with maltreater now.

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 01, 2025]

On 7-1-2025 I made contact with [REDACTED] to schedule a forensic interview for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] She advised that she would call back to let me know if she was willing to have [REDACTED BY AGENCY] seen at the Lighthouse CAC. She did ask if she could schedule her own appointment for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I explained that we will set the appointment and coordinate with the Lighthouse. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is not currently receiving any services, and was advised of the free services that are provided by the Lighthouse. Nothing further until a forensic interview can be scheduled for [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
