On 10/16/25 1845 hrs, I was dispatched to [1100 BLOCK] W Oglethorpe Hwy [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Shady Oaks MHP) in reference to a domestic.
Central dispatch advised they could hear what sounded like a physical altercation on the phone.
Lieutenant Boucher and Corporal Lamberth arrived on scene where they observed Anderson Hall pacing in front of lot [REDACTED BY AGENCY] yelling about going to jail. He was detained in handcuffs at that time.
I arrived on scene and made contact with [VICTIM #1], who advised she got in an argument with her boyfriend/the father of her child while they were running errands with their roommate, [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
Mr. Hall suddenly said that he was going to walk home before he “beat her a*s”.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] and Mr. [WITNESS #1] returned to their residence and began unloading groceries when Mr. Hall arrived. Everything seemed to be settled down so Mr. [WITNESS #1] went back outside to retrieve more groceries.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated while Mr. [WITNESS #1] was gone, Mr. Hall began yelling at her while he infant child, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], was in his carrier nearby. Mr. Hall proceeded to push her back causing her to fall face down into the couch before smacking her in the back of the head and shoving her face into the couch cushions. She stated she did not have any difficulty breathing at that time.
Mr. Hall let go and she was able to get to her feet, so she called 911 at that time. He kept yelling at her to leave but she stated she refused to leave without her child, so he began to push her before grabbing her by her jacket and swinging her around.
Mr. [WITNESS #1] entered the residence at that time and took [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to separate him from the altercation.
When Mr. Hall let go, Ms. [VICTIM #1] grabbed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and went into the bathroom. Mr. Hall followed her and pushed her into the edge of the sink, snatched her cell phone from her hands and disconnected the phone call to 911.
Mr. Hall then stated that he was going to destroy the house which is when he grabbed a wooden bucket that had been on top of the dog cage and threw it to the ground causing it to be destroyed and unusable.
A picture of this damage was digitally attached to this report.
Sergeant Lui made contact with Mr. [WITNESS #1] who stated that he observed Mr. Hall grab Ms. [VICTIM #1] by her jacket and throw her back and forth as well as him damaging the property.
Mr. Hall was placed under arrest and transported to the jail by Corporal Lamberth where he was released to jail staff.
The suspect’s arrest and transport followed the department protocol, consisting of the suspect being searched, handcuffs being applied, checked for fit, and double locked. The suspect was seat belted for transport, and the vehicle was searched prior to and after transport with no contraband found.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] was given a case number, victims rights pamphlet and advised on how to obtain a copy of this report.
Warrants were applied for Simple Batter FVA, interfere with 911 call, and Criminal Trespass Damage FVA.
[End of Narrative]
