On 03/13/2026 at approximately 0306 hours, I was conducting a foot patrol of Huta Essentials (230 W General Screven Way) when I observed two black females and a white male walking towards a vehicle parked in the parking lot. While talking to a Huta securty guard, Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY], I heard the two females (Ms Timorah Wells and Ms Austin Andrews) yelling at each other “get in the f*cking car”. Ms Andrews was located in the driver seat of the vehicle and Ms Wells was located in the passenger seat.
Ms Wells approached Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and I, she began speaking to us. Before Ms Wells could say anything, I observed Ms Andrews exit the driver side of the vehicle yelling and cursing “f*ck this car” while walking towards General Screven Way. I attempted to stop Ms Andrews to simply check on her and see if she was okay to walk home. Ms Andrews stated, “its not of your concern”. I informed Ms Andrews I just wanted to ensure she was okay to walk due to her slightly swaying and slurring her words.
Ms Andrews walked back to the vehicle and continued to yell at Ms Wells. Ms Wells and Ms Andrews stood in the parking lot next to the vehicle and continued to scream and yell at each other. At one point I heard Ms Andrews say something along the lines of she had been drinking and should not drive. With this information, I informed all parties that they needed to figure out a way to get home. Ms Wells and Ms Andrews stated they would walk home and that they lived near Taco Bell.
The white male appraoched me and simply stated “Im trynna f*ck, we will walk back to the house”. I informed him to gather Ms Wells and Ms Andrews and walk back to the house. While talking to the male, I had to intervene between Ms Wells and Ms Andrews as Ms Wells was yelling at Ms Andrews. In response, Ms Andrews screamed at Ms Wells which caused Ms Wells to push Ms Andrews. I informed both Ms Wells and Ms Andrews that at this time they could be arrested for disorderly conduct.
Both parties verbally acknowledged my statement however, Ms Wells and Ms Andrews continued yelling and cursing at each other. I once again clearly informed both females that they could be placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and told to vacate the property. Both parties once again gave verbal consent that they understood. Ms Andrews and Ms Wells stated they would walk home and leave their vehicle in the Huta parking lot.
After another brief back and forth argument between Ms Wells and Ms Andrews, Ms Wells and the male walked towards the auto zone parking lot. Ms Andrews became furious and began screaming again. Ms Wells and the male walked across General Screven Way on the same side as Taco Bell. Ms Andrews yelled “you can’t cross the f*cking road like this” while in the auto zone parking lot. Spo Sayer #175 began walking towards Andrews as she began crossing the street and once again informed the party to stop yelling and cursing and to walk home.
Spo Sayer, Ofc Curtin #166, Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and I stood in the auto zone parking lot and watched Ms Wells and Ms Andrews walk down General Screven towards Taco Bell. From the far-left entrance of Marathon (251 W General Screven) to Taco Bell (301 W General Screven Way) I observed Ms Wells countless times push forcefully shove Ms Andrews away from her while cursing at her. I heard Ms Andrews continusely curse at Ms Wells to “leave me the f*ck alone”.
From my position in the auto zone parking lot, I observed Ms Andrews walking near the entrance of Taco Bell and scream “shut the f*ck up and leave me alone” clearly. At this time officers drove from auto zone to Taco Bell and made contact with Ms Wells and Ms Andrews.
I approached Ms Andrews and informed her that she was being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Ms Andrews became upset and began yelling at me. At this time Ms Andrews began to pull her arms away from me and tried stepping away. I told Ms Andrews to stop moving and I grabbed both of her hands and placed them behind her back. As I attempted to handcuff Ms Andrews, she tried twice to pull her right arm away from me; however, Spo Sayer grabbed her right arm and assisted me in handcuffing Ms Andrews.
Ms Andrews was escorted to the rear of my patrol vehicle where Spo Sayer searched Ms Andrews. Ms Andrews was placed in the back seat of Spo Riner’s #125 patrol vehicle. I asked Ms Andrews if there was anyone at the house who would be expecting her and she stated, “my f*cking kids”. I asked Ms Andrews how old the oldest kid were and she stated, “18 and 16”. I told Ms Andrews I could go to the residence and let the 18-year-old know what was going on. Ms Andrews did not tell me where she lived and continued to be hateful towards me.
Ofc Curtin made contact with Ms Wells and informed her she was being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Ms Wells was placed under arrest and escorted to the rear of Ofc Curtin’s patrol vehicle. Spo Sayer searched Ms Wells and she was placed in the rear of Ofc Curtin’s vehicle. I made contact with Ms Wells and asked her how old the oldest child was and she stated 18. I asked Ms Wells where they lived and she provided me with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms Wells stated the 18-year-old’s name was [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and it was okay if I made contact with her.
I informed Sgt Kunda #139 that I would make contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and update him on what was going on.
Ms Andrews was transported to Liberty County Jail by Spo Riner and issued a citation for disorderly conduct with a court date of 04/01/2026.
Ms Wells was transported to Liberty County Jail by Ofc Curtin and issued a citation for disorderly conduct with a court date of 04/01/2026.
I went to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who was briefed on the incident.
Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY] called me and informed me that Ms [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’ vehicle was still in the Huta parking lot and he believed it was unlocked. Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he was not allowed to leave the parking lot until he knew the vehicle was secured due to him being hired by Huta as security.
Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY] informed me that he sees vehicle keys in the floorboard of the vehicle and will grab only the keys and lock the vehicle. I informed Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to stand by with the vehicle until I arrive on scene to gather the keys from him. I arrived at Huta and gathered the keys from [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
I went back out to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and gave Ms [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the keys to the vehicle.
The arrest and transport of the suspect followed department protocol consisting of the suspect being searched, handcuffs being applied, checked for proper fit and double locked. The suspect was placed in the backseat of my patrol vehicle and was seat belted in for transport. The vehicle was searched prior to and after transport with no contraband found.
The suspect was released to the custody of the Liberty County detention staff without incident.
