On 7/19/2025 at 1834 hours, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Rebecca St for a threats call.

When I arrived on scene I spoke with [VICTIM #1] (Complainant). Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated while she was in her residence, her daughter, Brandi Holden, and her friend, [WITNESS #1], began to insult her by calling her derogatory names. She was attempting to get away from them when Mr. [WITNESS #1] got in her face. When he got in her face, she pushed him away and Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he was going to get his gun. Ms. [VICTIM #1] left the residence and called 911 for assistance. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she wanted them both to leave her house and I informed her that she would have to get them evicted since they have been staying with her. I told her I would talk to them about the incident.

I spoke to Ms. Holden and she said that Ms. [VICTIM #1] asked her and Mr. [WITNESS #1] for cigarettes. She was told they did not have any more and Ms. [VICTIM #1] started yelling at them. She began cursing at them and telling them to get out of her house. While they were all arguing near Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s bedroom, she purposely moved Mr. [WITNESS #1] out of her way and left the residence.

I spoke to Mr. [WITNESS #1] and he said Ms. [VICTIM #1] asked for a cigarette and he did not have any more. She began cursing at him and Ms. Holden and told them to get out of her house. They were standing near her bedroom and Ms. [VICTIM #1] hit him with the door and left the residence. I asked Mr. [WITNESS #1] why he did not call the Police and he said because he wasn’t worried about it because this is normal behavior for her.

Ms. Holden and Ms. [WITNESS #1] both agreed that they needed to leave the residence and were both in the process of packing their belongings to leave; they both said they would leave before the day was over. While I was getting Victims’ Rights Pamphlets for them, Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s son and his girlfriend arrived on scene. They immediately began arguing with Mr. [WITNESS #1] and Ms. Holden, the son and girlfriend were advised to go back to their vehicle. Ms. Holden continued to yell and curse at them. She told Her brothers girlfriend to step on the porch to fight her and continued to curse at her causing a scene.

Ms. Holden was told numerous times to stop and refused to follow instructions; I then placed her under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. The brother and girlfriend left the scene once Ms. Holden was placed into handcuffs. Mr. [WITNESS #1] continued to pack his belongings and advised he was officially moving out. He said he only needs to return to grab a few more items and requested police escort. He advised he could get the remainder of his items tonight or tomorrow and I advised him to call 911 prior to returning to the residence. He agreed, grabbed what he could and left the scene.

Officer Adam (114) was on scene and escorted Ms. holden to the rear of his patrol vehicle. Star Corporal Roberts (128) was asked to assist with a female search incident to arrest. While Ms. Holden was searched, A glass pipe commonly used to smoke meth was found on her person. The contraband was seized and after the search was complete, she was placed in the back seat of the patrol vehicle. Ms. [VICTIM #1] was reminded again about eviction procedures and informed that Mr. [WITNESS #1] had moved out. I asked her to give him 7 days to get his belongings and to call 911 if he returns to the residence without a Police escort to get his items. She was given a Victims Rights Pamphlet and Mr. [WITNESS #1] left prior to me being able to give him one.

The arrest and transport of the suspect followed the department protocol consisting of the suspects being searched, handcuffs being applied, checked for fit and double locked. The suspect was seat belted for transport and the vehicle was searched prior to and after transport with no contraband found. Ms. Holden was transported to the Liberty County Jail were she was cited for Disorderly Conduct and Drug Paraphernalia total bond of $511 with a court date of 8/6/2025.
