On 09/21/25 at approximately 1347 hours I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] TanglewoodDr in reference to a possible disturbance. It should be noted for the purpose of this report, there has been an on going issue with the resident, Mr. Brian Dadkah, destroying his house from the outside by smashing his window. Mr. Dadkah has had erratic behavior raising the concern of those around him. All of these instances were documented via Central Dispatch with the CRN’s provided (250938332, 250935320, 250935373, and 250935373).

Officers arrived on scene where we met with Ms. Dadkah on the public sidewalk just by [600 BLOCK] Tanglewood Dr. Mr. Dadkah immediately made unusual comments saying he was just “chillin and walking” as well as someone “raping his wife” and “assaulting him”. While officers stood by with Mr. Dadkah, I met with the initial complainant Mr. [WITNESS #1] a few houses down. Mr. [WITNESS #1] was in the back yard of this residence using weed-eater when I made contact with him. Mr. [WITNESS #1] said that he had his 8-year-old daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], helping him, when he heard Mr. Dadkah say, “Fu*k all that Ni*ger Music” and “Fu*k you Ni*ga”. At the time, Mr. [WITNESS #1] had country music playing. Mr. Dadkah’s obscene language was within earshot and loud enough to be heard by [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Based on Mr. Dadkah’s behavior, Mr. [WITNESS #1] sent his daughter home.

Mr. [WITNESS #1] claimed that he was not the only person that heard this commotion. Mr. [WITNESS #1] said that Mr. [WITNESS #2] heard Mr. Dadkah utter racial slurs as well.

I spoke with Mr. [WITNESS #2] via phone he stated that he heard Mr. Dadkah saying “cracker” and “ni*ger” all morning, specifically just before Mr. [WITNESS #1] called him after the incident when his daughter was present. Mr. [WITNESS #2] explained that his behavior has been persistent for a couple days now.

Mr. Dadkah was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct (OCGA 16-11-39) and transported to the Liberty County Jail without incident. Warrants will be applied for in the allotted time.
