On 11/19/2021 at around 0250 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Wallace Martin Dr and Ga 38 in reference to some type of domestic dispute. When I arrived on scene, Two vehicles were stopped in the roadway of Ga 38 traveling westbound. Contact was made with Ms [VICTIM #1] who stated she and her roommate/co-worker were leaving work and got into an argument. Ms [VICTIM #1] did not go into the details of the argument but did advised it turned physical. The argument started at silver dollar lounge continued to parkers at the curve and ended in the roadway on Ga 38. The driver Ms Hennessy Moody stopped the car and both females began fighting inside of the vehicle.

A passerby ([MITCHEL CLARK]) who was also friends with both females saw them fighting in the roadway and attempted to break them up. He pulled both females out of the vehicle to separate them but the fight continued to the middle of GA 38. While speaking with Ms [VICTIM #1] I could see she had a busted lip, her mouth had dry and fresh blood stained on her teeth, majority of the nails on her hands were broken off, she had numerous scratches all over her face and her hair was pulled out. The injuries sustained were consistent with behind struck and scratched in the face. After to speaking with Ms [VICTIM #1] she advised she just wanted to find her phone and go home. She advised she did not want to press charges because the two of them choose to fight out the situation.

I then attempted to speak with Ms Moody about the incident. I asked Ms Moody what had taken place and she stated they got into an argument and she just wanted to go home. I advised her I was investigating a crime and I needed her to further elaborate about what had taken place. She stated to me again she just wants to go home. Ms Moody refused to speak about the situation after being asked numerous times by several deputies on scene. After several unsuccessful attempts to figure out what Ms Moody was placed under arrest for Battery (FVA). She was searched incident to arrest with nothing found. While attempting to double lock the handcuffs, Ms Moody would turn her body making me unable to double lock her handcuffs, she was asked several times to turn around and she would not follow instructions. She would allow me to speak or tell her why she was being arrested, so she was escorted to my patrol vehicle for transport.

Ms Moody finally got into my patrol vehicle and began bashing her head against my passenger rear window. I opened the door and advised her if she damages the vehicle she will be charged for it. I closed the door again and she still continued to slam her head against the window stating she was going to kill herself. I opened the door again and advised her if she does not stop bashing her head against the window, I will tase her. While talking to her she attempted to get out of the vehicle and I told her to move her legs so I could close the door. Once I got the door closed she began slamming her head again against the window, repeatedly stating she was going to kill herself, so I activated my taser Drive Stun ability by pressing my taser to left side of her rib cage and quickly pressing and depressing the button to drive stun. After she was tased I advised her to stop hitting the window and I closed the door. She began slamming her head against the window again and I began transporting her to Liberty County Jail (LCJ).

While en-route to LCJ she stopped hitting the window and when I arrived on scene, she was released to the custody of the jail. Two warrant applications for Battery (FVA) and Obstruction will be applied for. After the Warrants are issued Ms Moody’s First Appearance Bond Hearing will be conducted within in the permitted time.

The back of seat of my patrol vehicle was searched before and after transport with nothing found.
