On 04/19/2026 at 0149 hours, I was dispatched to [800 BLOCK] Willow Brook Drive Apartment [REDACTED BY AGENCY] for a domestic not in progress. Central dispatch advised the complainant stated her boyfriend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] vandalized the inside and outside of her vehicle and left the scene.

While driving to the incident location, I observed an accident on Veterans Parkway near the entrance to [800 BLOCK] Veterans Pkwy (Mission Ridge Apartments) involving a grey vehicle. Spo Sayer #175 and Ofc Torres #154 responded to the accident and stated the other vehicle involved fled the scene. Ofc Torres also advised the driver of the grey vehicle was a [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Upon my arrival I observed a white Chevy Malibu (Ga tag: [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) parked in the middle of the parking lot. I observed all four doors to the vehicle had major dents in them. As I walked around the vehicle I noticed the vehicle had major front end damage as if the vehicle had been in an accident. I informed Spo Sayer that the vehicle was missing a piece of the front bumper and Ofc Torres #154 asked if the vehicle was white and I confirmed it was. Ofc Torres stated he located a white vehicle part which he believed belonged to the front bumper of the vehicle that fled the scene.

I walked towards apartment [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when a female (Ireon Moore) came outside. Ms Moore stated “he kicked my f*cking doors in” and began walking towards the vehicle. I asked Ms Moore if the white Chevy Malibu was her vehicle and she stated “yes bruh look at my f*cking car”. I asked Ms Moore what happened to her vehicle and she stated her and her boyfriend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were in her apartment when they got into an argument. She stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] left the apartment and she stayed inside.

Ms Moore stated a few minutes later she went outside to see if [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was still in the area and observed him kicking her vehicle. She stated he walked all the way around her vehicle and was kicking her doors in causing dents all over her vehicle. She stated at that point she went inside to grab her car keys and went to her vehicle. She stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] got into his vehicle and drove away so she got into her vehicle and began chasing after him. She stated she chased him to the front entrance of the apartment complex before turning around because her car was “jerking”. She stated she drove back to her apartment, parked her vehicle and went inside.

I asked Ms Moore how the damage to the front of her vehicle happened and she stated “you dont see my f*cking doors”. I tried to explain to Ms Moore that I was not referring to the vehicle doors but the heavily damaged driver side tire and bumper. She stated Mr [REDACTED] used his vehicle to strike her vehicle but she could not explain how as she stated she was inside. I asked Ms Moore what color vehicle did [REDACTED BY AGENCY] drive and she stated “its a grey car”. I asked Ms Moore how she was able to drive her vehicle with both of her front tires canted and pointing in. She ignored the comment and stated “my f*cking door”.

Sgt Kunda #139 arrived on scene and asked Ms Moore what happened to her vehicle and she stated “he kicked my f*cking door what do you mean”. Sgt Kunda who just came from the accident scene confirmed the white piece Ofc Torres located, matched the piece missing from Ms Moore’s front bumper. Sgt Kunda asked Ms Moore why her front bumper was sitting on Veterans Pkwy near [REDACTED BY AGENCY] vehicle and she stated “he hit my sh*t”. Ms Moore became upset and started yelling and tried to walk away. Ms Moore was informed to stop at which point she stopped but continued yelling. Ms Moore stated “I didnt hit his sh*t what are you talking about”.

I did not see any evidence in the parking lot that would indicate a vehicle accident took place. Sgt Kunda informed me that the white bumper on Veterans Pkwy at the accident scene belonged to Ms Moore’s vehicle. He also stated Mr [REDACTED]’s vehicle sustained heavy damage to the rear bumper and it appeared his vehicle was rammed into.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] later informed officers that he was in the apartment complex meeting with another female when Ms Moore saw him. He stated she got upset and started damaging his vehicle so he drove away. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Ms Moore chased him out of the apartment complex and as he was turning onto Veterans Pkwy, his vehicle was struck. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he did not see the vehicle that struck him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also denied kicking Ms Moore’s vehicle.

Based on the evidence obtained at the accident scene on Veterans Pkwy along with Ms Moore’s statement that she chased [REDACTED BY AGENCY] out of the apartment complex, she was placed under arrest for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Ms Moore was escorted to the back of my patrol vehicle and was searched incident to arrest. Ms Moore had an Iphone, keys and her driver’s license on her person. All items were placed in the passenger seat of my vehicle. Ms Moore was placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle and was seat belted in for transport.

Due to the damage to Ms Moore’s vehicle and it being parked in the middle of the parking lot and nonoperational, Hinesville towing was contacted and took possession of the vehicle.

Ms Moore was transported to Liberty County Jail were she was released to jail staff without incident.

Photos of Ms Moore’s vehicle were taken and will be attached to this report.

Spo Sayer took photos of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] vehicle which will be digitally attached to this report. She also obtained a statement from Mr [REDACTED]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] vehicle was removed by Georgia recovery.

The arrest and transport of the suspect followed department protocol consisting of the suspect being searched, handcuffs being applied, checked for proper fit and double locked. The suspect was placed in the backseat of my patrol vehicle and was seat belted in for transport. The vehicle was searched prior to and after transport with no contraband found.

The suspect was released to the custody of the Liberty County detention staff without incident.
