On 12/21/25 at 1548 hours, I was dispatched to 744 E Oglethorpe Hwy (Budget Motel), room [REDACTED], in reference to a domestic in progress with injuries called in by Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [REDACTED]. A watch unit responded to assist. Prior to my arrival, responding units arrived on scene, detained two of the subjects involved, and requested EMS for an eye injury.
I arrived on scene and met with Spo Parmentier #193 and the hotel manager, Mr [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [REDACTED], to review camera footage of the incident. I observed three black male subjects engaging in mutual combat in the parking lot of the budget motel. The male wearing a red top and bottom was identified as Mr Tobiaus Evans, the male wearing a short-sleeved black shirt with light colored shorts was identified as Mr Brennon Lewis Jr, and the male wearing a black jacket with brown pants was identified as Mr Isaac Lewis.
Mr B Lewis had two lacerations on his right eye and a bite mark to his right middle finger. EMS arrived on scene and met with Mr B Lewis; medical treatment was refused. Mr Evans had a bump on his head, scratches on his left arm, and a scratch with blood present on his right elbow.
Mr Evans, Mr Isaac Lewis, and Mr Brennon Lewis Jr were arrested for violation of OCGA 16-11 39 – Disorderly Conduct and OCGA 16-11-32 – Affray. Warrant applications will be applied for all three subjects for Disorderly Conduct and Affray; they will be brought before a magistrate judge in the appropriate time.
The arrest and transport of the suspects followed department protocol consisting of them being searched incident to arrest, handcuffs being applied, checked for proper fit and double locked. The suspects were placed in the backseat of patrol vehicles and were seat belted in for transport.
Mr Evans and Mr Isaac Lewis were released to the custody of the Liberty County Detention staff without incident. I was advised by Spo Parmentier that Mr Brennon Lewis Jr was turned away by Liberty County Detention staff for his injuries sustained during this incident. He was transported back to his residence and released from custody. He was advised an arrest warrant will be applied for in reference to this incident.
