On 07/11/26 at approximately 0118 hours, I was dispatched to [700 BLOCK] Pixie Ln in reference to a re-opened disturbance call. The complainant advised the male, Mr. Jacob Futch, came back and was causing problems again.
Earlier today at 0019 hours, Ofc Stone (177) was dispatched to the same address in reference to a male subject (Jacob Futch) out at [700 BLOCK] Pixie Ln causing a disturbance, by attempting to instigate a fight. Ofc Stone advised Mr. Futch to leave the area. Mr. Futch walked away from the area for a short time before returning causing the complainant to call back.
Thomas (147) made contact with Mr. Futch who was standing in the roadway directly in front of [700 BLOCK] Pixie Ln. Mr. Futch stated he believed he had some paperwork for the people who lived there. Mr. Futch was hard to understand, due to the volume of his voice, but stated he did not go onto the property.
I spoke with the complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated he and his father [REDACTED BY AGENCY] have had on going issues with Mr. Futch. When he called earlier, he tried to tell Mr. Futch to leave but he began cussing at him trying to instigate a fight saying: “Come fight me then” while standing in the roadway in front of his residence.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Mr. Futch walked down the driveway which he had photos of. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed me a photo he had taken at 0019 hours where Mr. Futch can be seen standing in the driveway of [700 BLOCK] Pixie Ln. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] forwarded the photo to my email so that I could digitally attach it to this report.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated when his girlfriend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went to leave, he escorted her outside where they both saw Mr. Futch standing in the driveway again so he called 911 again. I spoke with Ms. [WITNESS #1] who confirmed when she walked outside she saw the male we were out with in the driveway.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Mr. Futch was trespassed after a previous incident where Mr. Futch slashed his father’s tires. Cpl Bethea (119) and I conducted a RMS search where we located CRN: 260204633 where Mr. Futch had been arrested for a similar incident. A supplemental was completed which states Mr. Futch was taken for his first appearance hearing where he was given the following condition: Defendant shall stay away, absolutely, directly or indirectly from a particular location, address, or business as follows: [700 BLOCK] Pixie Ln.
Mr. Futch was placed under arrest for Aggravated Stalking. The arrest consisted of Mr. Futch being placed in handcuffs which were double locked/checked for fit, searched, and placed in the back seat of Cpl Thomas’ patrol vehicle where he was seat belted for transport. Cpl Thomas transported Mr. Futch to the Liberty County Jail where he was released to staff without further incident. Cpl Thomas searched his vehicle prior to and after transport with no contraband found.
I provided [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with a case number, victim’s rights pamphlet, and advised him on how to obtain a copy of this report.
A warrant will be applied for in reference to this incident.
