On Wednesday, November 24 2021 at approximately 2120 hours, I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Sapwood Way in reference to a domestic. Dispatch advised the female party explained her husband put hands on her.
I arrived and spoke with Mrs. Jessica Allison. She explained, her husband, Mr. [VICTIM #1] are talking about getting a divorce. They had been arguing about it over the phone all day. She was laying on the sectional couch they have in the living room. She explained Mr. [VICTIM #1] sat down and dug his elbow into her foot. She stated she told him not to touch her. They began to argue about this. Ms. Allison stated she began to tell Mr. [VICTIM #1] he needed to leave the house. Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s said he was not going to leave today, but would tomorrow. He began to ask the 4 children who they wanted to go with for the day, him or their mother. Mrs. Allison stated this upset her so she approached him in the kitchen. Mrs. Allison stated Mr. [VICTIM #1] pushed his elbow into her so she pushed him. He fell to the ground and got up and pushed Mrs. Allison. They then separated.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated they were arguing all day about a divorce. While at home, Mrs. Allison was sitting on the couch. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he sat down and his elbow accidental hit her foot, as the couch is very small. Mrs. Allison got upset with this and told him not to touch her. He stated she did tell him to leave, but he was not leaving today, it would be tomorrow.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he began to speak to the 4 juvenile children and see if they wanted to go with him tomorrow, or go with Mrs. Allison. He stated this upset Mrs. Allison, where she confronted him in the kitchen. Mrs. Allison pushed him back. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he slipped on the ground and fell. He stated he got back up she got back into his face so he did push her away. He then tried to walk away but she continued to argue until law enforcement arrived.
I spoke with the 4 juvenile children, with the permission of Mrs Allison, first the 2 boys together, and then the 2 females together. All 4 stated their mom (Mrs. Allison) and dad (Mr. [VICTIM #1]), were arguing while in the kitchen and living room. At one point their mom pushed their dad first. They saw them argue again and their dad pushed their mom.
SGT McKnight was looking over the camera they have in their kitchen. He explained to me, you can see Mrs. Allison approached Mr. [VICTIM #1] and push him first. You can see Mr. [VICTIM #1] attempt to walk away and Mrs. Allison follow him.
I told Mrs. Allison she was under arrest. Deputy Albritton placed Mrs. Allison in double-locked, checked for fit handcuffs. She searched her finding no contraband. SGT Mcknight and Deputy Albritton, transported Mrs. Allison to the Liberty County Jail without incident for me. They explained their rear seat was searched before and after transport finding no contraband. Warrants will be taken out on Mrs. Allison. Nothing further at this time.
