On Sunday, January 25th, 2026, at approximately 21:30 hours, I was dispatched to a physical domestic call at Liberty Mobile Home Park, lot [REDACTED], [2300 BLOCK] Shaw Road, Hinesville, GA 31313, where the incident occurred at [90 BLOCK] Bass Road, Walthourville, Liberty County, Georgia, 31333.

Upon arrival, I spoke with Mr. Kenneth Murrell, who said that he was having a verbal altercation with his father, Mr. [VICTIM #1]. During that argument, Mr. Kenneth picked up a black seating chair and threw it at his father, and the chair made contact with Mr. [VICTIM #1], creating a large gash on the left eye that began to bleed uncontrollably.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] was checked out by Liberty EMS, but he refused treatment.

Mr. Kenneth was handcuffed, checked for fit, double-locked searched, and placed in the transport compartment of my unit, which had been checked for contraband beforehand and found none. I then transported him to the Liberty County Jail, where he is pending arraignment on the listed charges. The transport compartment was again checked for contraband, and none was found.
