On 12/08/2025 at 1506 hrs, I was dispatched to [900 BLOCK] Gulfstream Rd in reference to a disturbance. SCPL Roberts (156) arrived on scene and began speaking with the complainant, Ms [VICTIM #1]. He advised the other party, Mr Michael Sames, lived at [900 BLOCK] Willowbrook Dr.

I went to speak with Mr Sames, he advised there had been continuous hostility between him and the residents of [900 BLOCK] Gulfstream Rd. He had bonded Mr [REDACTED] (former resident of [900 BLOCK] Gulfstream Rd) out of jail around october 2024. Mr [REDACTED] had claimed he would repay Mr Sames the bond money ($220). Mr Sames advised he had not received the $220, which prompted the disturbance today.

While speaking with Mr Sames, he continued to scream vulgar language, grabbed his genital area in a mocking manner while screaming at Ms [VICTIM #1] and make claims he would “get his money one way or another.” I advised Mr Sames to refrain from creating a disturbance and continuing to use vulgar language. Ofc Torres (154) stood by with Mr Sames while I went to speak with Ms [VICTIM #1].

Ms [VICTIM #1] stated Mr Sames came onto her property threatening to burn her house down and was calling her and her friend vulgar terms. She advised she did not know what prompted the disturbance, claiming Mr Sames began screaming across the street about wanting his money back. She provided a video of the incident.

In the video I observed Mr Sames standing at the edge of his property and Willowbrook Dr. Ms [VICTIM #1] was at her residence at the time of the video, a few houses from where Mr Sames was located. I observed Mr Sames scream “bit*h I’ll burn your whole fu*king house down.” Mr Sames continued to scream vulgar language and stated once again “I’m coming for my fu*king money; I’ll burn your whole house down.”

I went back to speak with Mr Sames. I attempted to ask him about the video; however, he continued to talk over officers and scream vulgar language while trying to speak with him. I advised Mr Sames he was being placed under arrest for terroristic threats (OCGA 16-11-37) and disorderly conduct (OCGA 16-11-39).

I placed Mr Sames in handcuffs (double locked and checked for fit). Ofc Torres (154) conducted a search of his person and no contraband was found. Mr Sames was placed in the back seat of my patrol vehicle. He was transported and released to Liberty County Jail without incident. My vehicle was searched prior to and after the incident, no contraband found.

Both parties were provided with a victim’s rights pamphlet, case number and instructions on how to obtain a copy of this report. Both parties were advised on additional warrant and civil procedures.
