On Thursday 11/13/2025, I responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a Psych call. Central advised the complainant stated her mother was being really aggressive and possibly in a drug induced psychosis.
I arrived on scene and spoke with the complainant, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the front yard of the residence. I asked her what happened this morning for her to call law enforcement. She advised her mother Pamela Boguszewski was acting out of her mind and being violent towards her. She advised that around 0300 hours this morning her mother began acting erratic and talking non stop out of her mind.
She stated at one point her mother stated a cat took her real family, speaking about the complainant’s cat. She advised her mother kept talking to herself, not making any sense. She described the violent part as her mother getting in her face yelling at her, cussing, calling her a B*tch, C*nt, Little C*nt and a Wh*re. I asked her when this was taking place if she was in fear for her safety. She replied yes, beings she’s not sure what her mother might do in this state of mind.
It should be noted that my complainant, who described the acts above is a Juvenile. She advised that her grandfather, [WITNESS #1], who was also on scene, witnessed these events.
I observed Pamela Boguszewski in the yard of the residence making statements about her vehicle being chopped up. I observed her vehicle, a White Chevrolet SUV, in the yard with all the doors and rear hatch open, which didn’t appear to be chopped up. I asked her to stand by with Deputy Ivan Torres, while I spoke with [WITNESS #1].
I asked [WITNESS #1] if he witnessed Pamela get in [REDACTED BY AGENCY] face yelling, cussing and calling her names. He advised that did in fact occur and that they didn’t get any sleep last night dealing with Pamela. It should be noted that [WITNESS #1] advised his other grand daughter, who is nine years old, was on scene last night while Pamela was acting erratic. [WITNESS #1] also has custody of both Pamela’s juvenile daughters.
I asked Pamela if she wished to be transported to the hospital for an evaluation and she replied no.
Due to the testimony of [WITNESS #1] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I placed Pamela under arrest for Disorderly Conduct – O.C.G.A 16-11-39. Pamela was placed in double locked handcuffs, checked for fit. I searched her person incident to arrest with no contraband being located. Pamela was placed in the rear seat of Deputy Ivan Torres’s patrol unit. Deputy Ivan Torres transported her to the Liberty County Jail, where she was released to booking staff without incident. Deputy Ivan Torres searched the rear seat of his patrol unit before and after the transport, with no contraband being located.
I provided a Victims pamphlet to [WITNESS #1], which contained the case number to this report.
I issued Pamela a citation for the offense of Disorderly Conduct in reference to this incident.
It should be noted that on Friday 11/07/2025 I responded to this same location for a similar incident which Pamela was released to Liberty Regional Medical Center on emergency mental health evaluation, see case number 251140439 for further details. [WITNESS #1] advised that she was released on Sunday 11/09/2025 and is now back acting in the same behavior and manner.
