On Thursday 3/3/22 at approximately 1647 hours, I, Officer Heath, went to Friendly Express located at 23 Talmadge Rd in reference to criminal trespass.
Upon arrival, I met with the complaint, Ms. [VICTIM #1]. who stated that Mr. Reginald Anderson who has a criminal trespass from Friendly Express. Mr. Reginald Anderson was still on Friendly Express property.
I arrested Mr. Anderson for criminal trespass, transported him to the Liberty County Jail. At Liberty County Jail Jailer strip search Mr. Anderson and found two drug related objects pipes. I ask Central Dispatch to have the on-call Narcotics team to place me a call.
Detective Winchell Badge# 914 place me a call. I briefed her on the situation and what I’m going to charge Mr. Anderson with. Detective Winchell told me to put the pipes in an evidence bag, staple the citation to the bag and drop the bag in the evidence drop off box.
I charged Mr. Anderson with possession of drug related objects and criminal trespass.
