On 01/13/26 at approximately 2003 hours I was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Brantley Drive lot [REDACTED] (Eagle Creek Mobile Home Park) in reference to a physical domestic.

While en route, Liberty dispatch advised parties involved were actively fighting. Upon arrival, Spo Parmentier (193) and I separated parties. I instructed Spo Parmentier to please take Ms Sirmans outside as I was having diffuclty hearing Ms [VICTIM #1]. A short time after, Star Corporal Cruz (115) arrived on scene.

Spo Parmentier gave Ms Sirmans a verbal lawful command not to go back into the residence and she refused. Ms Sirmans then began attempting to make re-entry into the home. Ms Sirmans was then detained in handcuffs by Spo Parmentier and S/Cpl Cruz.

When I first entered the mobile home, I observed the complainant, Ms Shirell Sirmans to have on blue colored latex gloves on her hands. I then observed her mother, Ms [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [VICTIM #1], lying on the floor in the hallway at the entrance of her bedroom door. Ms [VICTIM #1] was having difficulty breathing and was visibly shaken up.

I requested Liberty County EMS who arrived a short time later and checked Ms [VICTIM #1] out. Ms [VICTIM #1]’s blood pressure was very high at 180 over 102. Ms [VICTIM #1] declined medical treatment after having her vitals checked.

Ms Sirmans stated she was sitting on the couch talking on the phone with her aunt (one of Ms [VICTIM #1]’s sisters). Ms Sirmans said both Ms [VICTIM #1] (her mother) and her were drinking beer earlier. Ms Sirmans stated Ms [VICTIM #1] got upset and went towards her but Ms Sirmans was unclear why Ms [VICTIM #1] was upset.

Ms Sirmans said when she got off the phone with her aunt her mother, Ms [VICTIM #1], left her own bedroom and started fussing with her in the livingroom. Ms Sirmans said she got off the couch to get a drink in the kitchen. Ms Sirmans stated Ms [VICTIM #1] then went to the kitchen to continue to “fuss” at her and while doing so Ms [VICTIM #1] fell on the ground due to her slippers.

Ms Sirmans said denied causing Ms [VICTIM #1] to fall or physically assaulting Ms [VICTIM #1]. Ms Sirmans said she felt because of her mother’s reaction she was planning on going to her bedroom to get a knife. Ms Sirmans then said she got on top of her mother and called for emergency assistance. Ms Sirmans later said both her mother and her use [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and drink alcohol. Ms Sirmans stated she had smoked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] earlier in the day and about [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (alcoholic beverage).

Ms [VICTIM #1] stated her and Ms Sirmans (her daughter) were at a family friends house earlier in the day and had been drinking. Ms [VICTIM #1] said Ms Sirmans began running her mouth. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated she and Ms Sirmans went home after the gathering.

When they arrived, Ms Sirmans stayed outside while Ms [VICTIM #1] went inside to put away her beer. Ms [VICTIM #1] said she went to the bathroom and then to her bedroom. Ms Sirmans then went inside the home where she continued running her mouth.

Ms [VICTIM #1] said she left her bedroom and sat on a couch adjacent to where Ms Sirmans was seated. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated she was on one couch and Ms Sirmans sat on the other couch. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated Ms Sirmans called her aunt (Ms [VICTIM #1]’s sister) to trash talk about her.

Ms [VICTIM #1] said she told Ms Sirmans there’s two side to every story. Ms [VICTIM #1] advised Ms Sirmans then hung up the phone and punched her in the head. Ms [VICTIM #1] then got up while saying im not going to fight you. Ms Sirmans then puts on the blue gloves while breaking a woman’s [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on a living room table. Ms [VICTIM #1] then said Ms Sirmans said to her she was going to get rid of her.

Ms [VICTIM #1] then goes to her bedroom where the daughter enters with the broomstick and begins hitting Ms [VICTIM #1]. In an effort to avoid the hits, Ms [VICTIM #1] then falls to the ground where she begins crawling to leave the bedroom. Ms Sirmans then gets on top of her while Ms [VICTIM #1] is on the ground and punches Ms [VICTIM #1] on her head several times while holding her down. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated she felt she could not breath while Ms Sirmans was on top of her.

Ms [VICTIM #1] stated Ms Sirmans held her down while calling 911. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated Ms Sirmans bit her hand but could not recall which hand. I did not observe any bite marks to either hand.

While on scene, I felt a bump on the right side of Ms [VICTIM #1]’s head just above her right ear. I also observed the placement of Ms [VICTIM #1]’s slippers to be nowhere near the kitchen. I observed the broomstick under Ms [VICTIM #1]’s bed had the broomhead detached.

I observed the detached broomhead that belongs to the broomstick near the common area next to a mop. Ms [VICTIM #1] confirmed the broom is normally kept in next to the mop. I photographed Ms [VICTIM #1] injuries, the broomstick, Ms [VICTIM #1]’s bedroom and the broken [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I attached the photos to the media section of this report.

Ms Sirmans was read the Miranda warning and invoked her fifth amendment right, choosing not to speak to Law Enforcement. While in the backseat of Spo Parmentier’s patrol vehicle she stated “Im going to blow this place up”, immediately followed by “Ima kill all you motherfu*kers”.

While en route to the Liberty County Jail, Ms Sirmans stated she was going to get out and give her mother crack cocaine laced with fentanyl to kill her mother. Ms Sirmans also stated she would kill herself by [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Spo Parmentier relayed via radio traffic this message to me. Ms Sirmans then replied in the background “thats right, I did”. Spo Parmentier made Liberty County Jail staff aware of these statements.

Ms Sirmans was handcuffed and placed under arrest for Simple Battery FVA (OCGA 16-5-23f), elder abuse (OCGA 16-5-102A), and terroristic threats and acts (OCGA 16-11-37).

The arrest and transport of the suspect followed department protocol consisting of the suspect being searched, handcuffs being applied, checked for proper fit, and double locked. The suspect was placed in the backseat of my patrol vehicle and was seat belted in for transport. The vehicle was searched prior to and after transport with no contraband found.

The suspect was released to the custody of the Liberty County detention staff without incident.
