On Thursday, March 20, 2026, at approximately 2353 hours, Officer Warren and Corporal Adams responded to a reported disturbance at a residence involving a physical altercation, vehicle damage, and property damage.
Upon arrival, officers observed [VICTIM #1] seated in the front passenger seat and [VICTIM #2] seated in the rear passenger side of a parked Nissan Sentra bearing Georgia tag [REDACTED]. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived on scene, evaluated both individuals, and transported them to Liberty Regional Medical Center for treatment of their injuries.
The complainant, [VICTIM #3], provided a statement indicating that a female identified as Tarhonda Williams had been in the vicinity of her residence for approximately two hours. Ms. [VICTIM #3] reported that Ms. Williams had been “speeding up and down the road” and repeatedly entering and exiting her driveway.
She further stated that Ms. Williams backed her vehicle over items in her yard, described as a black tractor-style Power Wheel (valued at approximately $495), struck a fence pole (valued at approximately $100), and collided with Ms. [VICTIM #3]’s Nissan Sentra (estimated damage of approximately $6,000).
Ms. [VICTIM #3] advised that Ms. Williams stated she “didn’t give a damn about going to jail” when warned that law enforcement would be contacted. Despite being told multiple times to leave the area, Ms. Williams refused. Ms. [VICTIM #3] stated that [VICTIM #1] alerted her that Ms. Williams was throwing objects at her vehicle.
Ms. [VICTIM #3]’s daughter, [VICTIM #4] (DOB: [REDACTED]), exited the residence yelling at Ms. Williams to stop throwing objects at her mother’s car. Ms. Williams responded by threatening [VICTIM #4], stating, “I’m going to beat your a*s, shut up,” before running onto the porch and striking her.
According to Ms. [VICTIM #3], Ms. Williams initiated a physical altercation with [VICTIM #4] on the porch and bit her on the right ear, causing visible swelling. Ms. [VICTIM #3] further reported that Ms. Williams bit her son, [VICTIM #5] (DOB: [REDACTED]), on the left hand when he attempted to intervene. Ms. [VICTIM #3] also stated that her nephew sustained a bite injury to the arm while attempting to break up the fight; however, he declined medical treatment and requested not to be included in the report. He will be documented as an unknown individual.
Corporal Adams left the scene to canvass the area for the suspect vehicle, initially described as a blue Honda with a temporary tag. Corporal Adams subsequently located and made contact with Ms. Williams on Alford Lane, where she was operating a blue Toyota Corolla bearing temporary tag [REDACTED].
Officer Warren responded to Alford Lane and made contact with Ms. Williams. Ms. Williams stated she had been involved in an altercation with her boyfriend, who wished to remain unidentified. She asked if officers were present because she had struck her boyfriend with her vehicle. When asked to provide a full account of the incident, Ms. Williams stated that a verbal argument occurred and that she went to [100 BLOCK] Gutyon Lane to confront her boyfriend. She admitted to yelling his name, honking her horn, and intentionally striking the Nissan Sentra due to her anger.
Ms. Williams further admitted that [VICTIM #4] came outside and began fighting her, during which she bit [VICTIM #4]. When asked about striking a fence pole and running over a child’s Power Wheel, Ms. Williams stated she was unsure. She did, however, admit to striking the occupied vehicle again in an attempt to return and continue the altercation.
Ms. Williams was detained while officers observed damage to her vehicle, which appeared consistent with striking another vehicle, as well as a pole and other objects. Based on the investigation, Ms. Williams was placed under arrest for leaving the scene of an accident. She was handcuffed, checked for proper fit, and double-locked. Ms. Williams was transported to Liberty County Jail, where she was searched before and after transport. No contraband was found.
