On 03/06/2026 at 2128 hours I responded to a domestic call at [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. It was reported to the Liberty County 911 center by [REDACTED BY AGENCY], that her boyfriend, Worthson Pierre-Louis pointed a firearm at her.

I arrived on scene and made contact with Mr Pierre-Louis. Mr Pierre-Louis was standing on his front porch. He was asked about the location of his firearm and he informed officers that the pistol was still on his person. He advised it was positioned to the front of his waistband. The firearm was safely removed from his person and made safe. The firearm was temporarily placed inside of apartment [REDACTED BY AGENCY] during the interview that took place on his front porch.

I asked Mr Pierre-Louis to explain the sequence of events and he explained, he and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] planned to go spend time with some friends. Mr Pierre-Louis stated he decided not to go with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] because she was acting difficult with him and he decided it would not be best for them to be together along with his friends.

Mr Pierre-Louis told me [REDACTED BY AGENCY] called a friend to come pick her up and she exited the apartment to wait for her ride. He advised he stood on the front porch to make sure she was picked up because he did not want to leave his residence and she damage his property.

Mr Pierre-Louis was asked if he pointed a firearm at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and he said no. He explained, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] approached his vehicle and he suspected she was going to do something to his vehicle that would cause damage to it. Mr Pierre-Louis said he removed the firearm from his waistband, pointed the firearm toward his vehicle as he was telling [REDACTED] “do not start no sh*t.”

He also demonstrated that he did not point the firearm at [REDACTED BY AGENCY], but as he was speaking to her, he was “talking with his hands.” I gave Mr Pierre-Louis my department issued flashlight and asked him to demonstrate how he had his firearm in his hand. He demonstrated with the flashlight holding it at the “high ready position” (pointed at a position near eye level) but he said he had the muzzle pointed at the ground.

As he was demonstrating, he was pointing his hands where his vehicle would be and stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was near the vehicle. He added that he was aware of the legal authority he had and the things he could or could not do if [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did something to his vehicle. Mr Pierre-Louis acknowledged that he was aware that he could not just use force against [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she damaged his vehicle.

I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and asked her to explain the sequence of events that occurred. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that she asked Mr Pierre-Louis to take her home to Richmond Hill, GA because they were no longer going out with friends. She stated she decided to call a friend to pick her up and leave the residence.

I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about the firearm and she told me Mr Pierre-Louis pointed the firearm at her. I asked her to describe what he did with the firearm and she stated he pointed it at her face and stated, “do not start no sh*t.” When he was no longer pointing the firearm at her, she continued to sit outside to wait for her ride to arrive.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] described that she was in immediate fear for her life and thought Mr Pierre-Louis was going to shoot her because he was in the military and knew how to use firearms. She also added that she did not want to be killed because she had a daughter to live for. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was given a case number and briefed on how to obtain a copy of this report.

I asked Mr Pierre-Louis for permission to obtain the firearm from the location we placed it at the start of the investigation to which he provided us access. I placed Mr Pierre-Louis under arrest for the offense of aggravated assault. He was secured in handcuffs (double locked and checked for fit) and searched incident to arrest. An additional magazine was removed from his person and no other contraband was found.

Mr Pierre-Louis was secured in the rear of my patrol vehicle and the seat belt was fastened. I transported the suspect to the Liberty County Jail and released him to the jail staff to await a bond hearing. The rear of my patrol vehicle was checked before and after the transport of Mr Pierre-Louis, no contraband was found.

The warrant for the offense of aggravated assault was completed. The firearm was secured in my patrol vehicle and transported to the police department where it was submitted into evidence.
