While behind the vehicle, I activated my emergency equipment on my patrol vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on Georgia Highway 38 near Georgia Highway 25 I conducted a passenger side approach on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Mr Darries Robinson While speaking with him, I could smell the odor of green marijuana emitting from the vehicle I asked Mr Robinson to exit the vehicle and walk to the front of my vehicle, which he did While still standing on the passenger side of the vehicle, I asked the front seat passenger, Mr Zanquail Jones, if any marijuana was in the vehicle He stated no I advised him I could smell it and asked him again He advised no marijuana was in the vehicle because he just smoked the rest of it while traveling down the road
