Inspector Notes: Observed food and physical debris on the can opener in the main kitchen, ready-to-use plates and bowls, ready-to-use wine glasses at the bar, the bar soda dispensing gun, the gun holster, two tea urn nozzles, the soda machine nozzles, the bowl of the mixer, the cutting edge of the deli slicer, on several ready-to-use utensils and in the containers storing ready-to-use utensils. Observed an above AC unit leak to be dripping nonpotable water on plates and bowls stored beneath. All food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized as often as necessary to prevent debris accumulation.

Dumpsters must be kept shut when not actively in use to prevent pest incursion and limit the amount of excess liquid entering the dumpster from rain. Observed trash debris on the ground surrounding the dumpster and grease barrel within the enclosure. The dumpster enclosure must be kept clean to prevent pest harborage. Observed the dumpster to be missing a drain plug. A drain plug must be installed to prevent liquid waste from contaminating the enclosure and surrounding area when the dumpster is moved or emptied.
