On 03/24/26, at approximately 17:00, I, Deputy Hudson #788, responded to the area of HWY 400 N and Chesterra Dr in reference to a Hit and Run incident.
V1 and V2 were traveling straight in the right most northbound lane of HWY 400 N.
V1, following too closely, collided with the rear of V2.
V2 came to a controlled rest on the shoulder of HWY 400 N. V1 left the scene of the motor vehicle accident.
Upon further investigation one individual was arrested.
No injuries.
