On 01/12/2026 I Dep Duncan was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] N Main St. 911 advised that the caller Laurie Smith stated that there were subject in her yard. I Dep. Duncan have been to the residence several times due to the same accusations made by Laurie. Laurie is known to have mental health issues.
I arrived on scene and spoke with Laurie through the door of the residence. I advised Laurie to come outside so we could speak. Laurie came outside were she was advised that she was going to be placed under arrest due to she had two active warrants out of our county. Laurie was placed in double locking handcuffs behind the back. Laurie then asked me if she could empty her pockets. I asked Laurie what she had in her pockets. In which she advised me possible a baggy. I then observed a lump in Laurie’s Right pocket. The lump was close to her Vag*na area I advised Laurie that It would be removed at the jail due to the location of the baggy. Laurie was then placed into the rear of my patrol car and transported to the jail.
Once to the jail Laurie was search by Detention Officer Smith, where two small clear baggies containing a crystal like substance in her pants pockets. With my training and knowledge I suspect the white crystal like suspected to be Methamphetamine. The crystal like substance field tested positive for methamphetamine. The baggies were weighed at MCSO Sheriff’s office the weight came out to be 0.079 ounces.
The Methamphetamine was inventoried and place into locker 011. A warrant was taken for possession of methamphetamine against Laurie.
