On Monday, October 27, 2025 at 0230 hours, I officer Ethan Sidbury reponded to [1000 BLOCK] Spruce Street in reference to trouble with subject.
Prior to arrival, the complainant, [WITNESS #1], stated that her daughter and niece would not leave the residence.
On arrival, [WITNESS #1] advised that her daughter and niece had been drinking and often come home causing disturbances throughout the residence. I entered the home and found a female identified as Alysion Grant. Grant was visibly severely intoxicated and, while walking through the house, began arguing with other members of the household, swearing, and crying. I informed Grant that she was not wanted at the residence and needed to leave. She continued her drunken rambling, cursing at the household members while crying.
Grant was being escorted out of the house by myself and responding officers when she became aggressive, telling us to “shut the fu*k up.” We attempted to ask her where she could stay for the night, to which she responded, “take me to jail,” and again told myself and the other officers to “shut the fu*k up.” Grant then became more aggressive, jumping in my direction in an apparent attempt to intimidate me. She was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct due to her multiple loud outbursts and disruptive behavior throughout the encounter.
Grant was transported to the McDuffie County Jail with one citation, without further incident.
On arrival at the jail, Grant became passively resistant toward myself and the jail staff by refusing to answer basic information questions and incoherently screaming responses. She also fell out of chairs during her outbursts.
