On Wednesday March 20, 2024 at 16:20 hrs I, Sgt Johnson, was dispatched to 307 Greenway Street in reference to child abuse.

Upon arrival I spoke to [WITNESS #1] who stated that she was a DFACS case worker and needed to file a report on a child abuse case against a juvenile.

[WITNESS #1] stated that she received a report from a juvenile [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stating that her father, David Demmons, is mast*rbating often at home without shutting the door in which [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has witnessed, and he mast*rbates sometimes when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is in bed.

[WITNESS #1] further stated, it is perceived that this is intentional and for the purpose of arousal. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] feels that David does “weird stuff” which makes her very depressed\sad and visibly upset. The last times the mast*rbating happened was on 03\16\2024 and 03\17\2024. This is not happening now.

[WITNESS #1] stated the home was observed to have an infestation of roaches. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is often unclean, and David has sent [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with old rotten food for her to eat. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]s “very tiny” possibly due to the lack of food\lack of safe food to eat but there is no known impact from the infestations.

These are ongoing issues with the last happening within the past few weeks, but it’s perceived that this is still happening now. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is currently at school where David has access to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] now.
