On Monday, October 14, 2024 at approximately 9:58AM I Deputy C. Johnson was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Brentwood Drive in reference to a juvenile case.

Once I arrived on scene I met with complainant Ms. [WITNESS #1]. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that on the night of October 7, 2024 her 14 year old granddaughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY] left the residence without permission to be picked up by her 19 year old boyfriend. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she had sexual intercourse with her boyfiend once at Sweetwater Ball Park (McDuffie County) and once at Blanchard Ball Park (Columbia County) a different night. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that her boyfriend’s name is Dwight Jason Neal [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and possibly lives at [3700 BLOCK] Adair Road, Dearing, GA 30808. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised that she was not force into having sexual intercourse with Mr. Neal. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised that she has left the residence roughly 4 times since Hurricane Helene occurred.

Inv. J. Land and Sgt. A. Baldwin were notified.
